About this tournament
Calling all Lowcountry Disc Golfers …
Lowcountry Disc Golf is about lifting people up.
When one of our own falls, or gets knocked down, we stop what we’re doing and we try to help lift them back up.
Our whole reason for existing in the disc golf community is to try to help people feel better, and hopefully be better.
The foundation of our community is built on peace, and love and respect for each other.
While all of that really sounds good, it means nothing if our actions do not reflect those words.
That being said, it is now time for action.
We have a ‘’Man Down’’ alert, and we have received the call ☎️
Now, is our time to answer that call ☎️
Our brother, Dax Warren, has been challenged with medical conditions and associated costs.
Dax has supported Lowcountry Disc Golf and now it’s our turn to support Dax.
All money raised from this tournament will go directly to Dax.
This is going to be a sanctioned, C-Tier, 2 round, singles tournament.
However, this being a fundraiser, there will be no payouts, player’s packs, or trophies for Pro or Am players.
Just disc golfers helping out a disc golfer … and a damn good time (of course)
We are trying to also work out something for our lunch in between rounds.
If you’ve been to one of our tournaments recently, you know what we do.
This time, I’m thinking we might do a ‘’make your own sandwich’’ buffet table.
Maybe we’ll break out the grill again.
It’s a work in progress and we’re happy to have you come out and join us.
Hey Man !
After all, we’re just some Discers Discin’ for Dax.
