About this tournament
Disc Revolution is joining up with MorningStar at Mountain Shadows to do a charity benefit flex event for the Alzheimer's Association.
There are 55 million people living worldwide with some form of Alzheimer's or other dementias. The Alzheimer's Association leads the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.
This event is a C Tier rated PDGA event that has been granted acceptance to the PDGA Competition Endowment Program.
Pass through fees will be:
$350 divided amongst each player for El Paso County Permit, PDGA Sanctioning and Insurance
$2 PDGA Fee will be donated to the Alzheimers Association
$2 TD Fee will be donated to the Alzheimers Association
25% of remaining net entry fee will be donated to Alzheimers Association
The rest will be used as payouts with options for the player to donate it to the charity instead.
$10 Non current PDGA fee will be waived so all can play this event at the $30 entry.
