All Sunday spots are officially FULL
All new registered players will be playing on Saturday.

It is your responsibility to check the official grouping post on the event facebook page to know who you will be playing with and on what day.

There will be a VIRTUAL PLAYERS MEETING to be uploaded by Friday July 17th.
Video will be posted on Youtube as well as the Keystone Disc Golf facebook page and Disc Derby event facebook page.

UPDATE - 6/16/20

This event has been rescheduled for Saturday and Sunday July 18/19th.

For those players that can not make the event on Sunday July 19th, you will be able to play on Saturday July 18th.
We have made the changes due to the rescheduling of this event.
Please send us a message to let us know what day you will be able to play.
---Any changes will be posted on the official event facebook page.
---Any player already registered and can't make the event will be issued a refund based on our refund policy as stated.

If you do not send us a message we will assume that you will be playing on Sunday July 19th as regularly scheduled.
---No extra shirts or hoodies will be made available...sorry for any inconvenience.
---There will be extra event discs available to be added to player packs!!!

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic speewing the nation, this event has been "POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE"
All current registered players will still receive their respective player packs at a later date.
Any/All information related to this event will be posted in the event facebook page as it becomes available.

This event is first and foremost about having fun and enjoying the company and competition with fellow disc golfers!!!

There will be 2 rounds of 20 holes played...40 holes in total!!!
There will be an added basket to accommodate all of the players...So the course will feature 10 holes instead of the normal 9.

This a "Trophy Only" event where the top players in each division will be awarded a trophy/award for their performance.

This event is a "Non Sanctioned PDGA Event" - whereby all participants should still adhere to the Rules and Policies of the PDGA in a competitive manner.

Each participant will receive a "Player's Pack" upon check-in.
Each participant will be provided complimentary lunch/beverages.

Each participant will get a chance to win a diverse range of prizes throughout the event including items featured in the silent auction, Ring of Fire and CTP.

This year I have made it easier for all participants to purchase a event T-shirt or Hoodie by way of selecting their size and color preference upon registration. No more waiting to get your gear!!!

Keystone Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancelations.
Refund requests will be granted based on player cancellations leading up to the event.

15+ days until event wil get 100% refunded
8-14 days until event will get 50% refunded
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED WITHIN 7 DAYS (1 WEEK) OF EVENT!!!

Event handling Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
Last date to request a FULL refund is JULY 4th, 2020.
