About this tournament
1 round of play
The first ever event at the brand new Henslee park! This course has 18 baskets and 27 tee pad locations. The tee pads are grass for now until the course gets more money to install turf pads in the future. There are 2 pin locations on every hole. Round 1 will be to the A pins, and Round 2 the baskets will be moved into the B pin locations. There are 2 layouts we will be playing. The MA1, MPO, and MP40 divisions are playing the gold layout, and everyone else will be playing the rose gold layout. The gold layout plays all 18 holes from the gold tees. The rose gold layout utilizes the red shorter tee pads where available. (Holes 1-3 and 13-18) So when playing the rose gold layout you're playing 9 holes from the red tee pads and 9 holes from the gold tee pads.
Open registration at DGScene goes live at 8:00pm on Thursday, April 27th. Upon registering, all competitors will receive a confirmation email from DGScene which includes a personal link that you can use to edit or change your registration information. All competitors who are not promoted from the waitlist will receive a 100% refund. ALL WITHDRAWALS will be subject to a $10 processing fee. Online registration closes at 5:00pm Central Time on Thursday, May 25th.
Hole Sponsorships are available as a non-participant division AND as an add-on for players. If you register for the Sponsor division, only select the sponsorship add-on if you would like to sponsor two holes.
Trophies for 1st-3rd place in divisions with at least 3 competitors registered by May 12th.
Ace Pot and CTP eligibility will be available exclusively via DGScene registration.
Ace Pot: $5 - If no aces are hit during competition, the ace pot will be donated to the Dickson Disc Golf Club toward the permanent installation of Henslee Park DGC.
CTP: $5 - Pro CTP’s will pay out in cash, and Am CTP’s will be awarded merchandise vouchers redeemable at Dynamic Discs Music City.
Check-in & Players Pack pickup will begin at 7:30am, and the mandatory Players Meeting will begin promptly at 8:30am. Round 1 will begin at 9:00am, and Round 2 will begin 1 hour after the last Round 1 card is finalized.

Dynamic Discs Music City is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. We will follow the PDGA policy on withdrawals/refunds: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103. All withdrawals will be subject to a $10 processing fee.
