The first disc golf tournament to be held at Dekalb Memorial Disc Golf Course will be to raise funds for the Parkview Civic Club during their annual Fall Frolic. We will split registration fees 80/20, after player pack costs are deducted. The other 20% will go back to the Dekalb Memorial Course fund.

Dekalb County is hosting ribbon cutting ceremony at 10 am. Please show up early to show your support of our official opening of the course.

Directions/Parking

Parking is limited. We recommend either biking, commuting, or ride sharing to this event. A free Dekalb Memorial DGC mini disc will be provided to anyone that can show they commuted via Marta, Lyft/Uber, or Walk/Bicycle/Scooter.

MARTA: Take Blue Line train to Inman Park Station. Take Bus# 74 (Rainbow Village) to Glenwood/Brownwood stop and transfer to Bus #107 (Indian Creek). Stop at Glenwood Ave/Howard St and walk over to park.

From I-20: Take the Glenwood exit. Head west a few few feet and take the first left in front of the Shell gas station onto Wilkinson Dr., the park is on your LEFT

From Memorial Dr: Turn on to Wilkinson Dr, in front the YMCA Youth and Aquatic Center, the park is on your RIGHT

Parking:
Bike Parking: Bike parking is available near course kiosk and will be monitored throughout the tournament

Car Parking: A parking lot is available next to the basketball courts near course kiosk. A second row of parking is available along Wilkinson Dr between the turn in towards the garden and hole 18 tee pad. Overflow parking is available in the shopping plaza parking lot on Memorial Dr/Wilkinson Dr.. Limited parking may be open to the right of community garden.

Hole Sponsor registration is open and is $50. Hole Sponsors include:

- Sponsor sign placed at tee pad with company logo/name for the tournament
- Company logo/name in caddy book
- Event Shirt
- Shout out in pre/post tournament social posts
- NOTE: this is not a player registration and is only for hole sponsorships

We are working on CTP prizes and hoping to have some available for most holes.

This is a non-sanctioned event, but will have uncapped MA1, MA2, MA3, FA1, and FA2 pools. This will be a single round, shotgun start event. Check-In begins at 10:45, Tee off begins at 11:30 am.

Registration invitations have been created for anyone that donated to the Dekalb Memorial DGC GoFundMe Campaign (donations marked as anonymous will not receive an invitation, as the email is hidden from us). They will be able to register for a week prior to general registration.

Trophies will be available first place finishers in each division. CTPs and Side Action will be available.
