BYOP "Bring Your Own Partner" Charity Event
@ Belmont Park DGC - Dayton Ohio
➥Note: This is a charity event area food pantries in the greater Dayton, OH area. ALL players that bring (up to) 3 canned goods will be entered into 3 separate CTP prizes! (See bottom of the following link for a list of 'most needed' donations https://thefoodbankdayton.org/give-food/)
REGISTRATION:
● $50 PER TEAM
> $10 per team to Dayton Food Bank
> $2 per team to Dayton Disc Golf
> $38 per team to Payout
● Optional: $5 50/50 ace fund
> 50% to Dayton Food Bank
(No ACE 100% to charity)
● Optional: $5 for 6 mulligans per PLAYER per Round (non-transferable)
> 100% to Dayton Food Bank
> If you decide to use a mulligan your first shot is no longer valid you CANNOT use it any more.
> If you ACE on a mulligan throw it DOES count towards the 50/50 ace fund.
FORMAT: ONE ROUND - 21 HOLES "Bring Your Own Partner" Best Shot Doubles
● AMS play short tees
● PROS play long tees on 3, 12, and 16
● Two additional temp holes (play these between holes 18 and 19)
> MUST HAVE 3 TEAMS TO PER DIVISION.
SCORING:
● ONE official event score card MUST be completed via uDisc
IMPORTANT >>> TEAM NAME as a single player in uDisc event.
● A second score card (paper recommended) is MANDATORY to compare scores for validity. IMPORTANT: DO NOT attempt to created a second event card IN the uDisc event!
TEE OFF: 12:00 PM
● You will receive your tee assignment when you get to the park please check the board only 15 min before tee off.
● You will go to your tee assignment NO MORE than 10 minutes before your schedule tee time to warm up.
● TWO MINUTE WARNING will be marked by TWO sounds from an air horn.
● ROUND START marked by ONE LONG sound of the air horn or car horn.
> When your card has completed the round, check with Tournament Director & confirm scores for the round.
ACE FUND:
● Ace fund is 50/50.
> If NO ace is hit 100% will be donated to charity.
PAYOUT:
● All payouts for Amateur (AM) Divisions will be available via Digital Gift Card no later than FEBRUARY 12th @ Hazy Shade Disc Golf and More
● All Professional (OPEN) Divisions will be available no later than FEBRUARY 12th via PayPal or Venmo
● ACE / CTP payouts will be available no later than FEBRUARY 12th via PayPal or Venmo
