Out here, the summer sun sets the pace—and we’re getting out ahead of it. As the morning light breaks over Sarah Ann Ranch, players will take on a fast, one-round sprint where a strong start makes all the difference.

Event Details
This is a one-day, one-round, 20-hole PDGA-sanctioned C-Tier held at Sarah Ann Ranch.
The field will be limited to 48 players due to shared fairways and limited parking.
This event is part of the Open Terrain Series. Scroll to the very bottom or check out the flyers in the picture section for more information.
Please note: this is a private HOA course, and this tournament is being held for residents and their guests. Early registration will be provided to residents and league members. Contact the TD for an early registration code. Priority registration is also available for hole sponsors.

Divisions & Payout
This is a Pro/Am event.
Amateur divisions will follow a True Amateur format with no payouts. Trophies will be Tile Style provided by Falling Putt and awarded as follows:
Divisions with 5+ players: 1st and 2nd place
Divisions with fewer than 5 players: 1st place only
Trophies will be finalized based on initial signups and will not change due to withdrawals or division changes.
Pro’s above the 40% line will receive cash prize via PayPal within 48 hours following the event. Cash value will equal a MINIMUM of at least 85% of their entry fee (minus pass-through fees).
All amateur players will receive a player pack with a retail value of at least 85% of their entry fee (minus pass-through fees).

Pack out what you pack in. Leave the course better than you found it.
No drugs, alcohol, or tobacco use on the course.
Resident complaints may result in cancellation of future events.

There are no public restrooms on-site. Because this is a single-round event, PDGA Rule 5.03.G has been waived. Please plan accordingly.

To comply with PDGA 5.02.C, caps have been placed on MA divisions to ensure availability for FA divisions. Caps may be adjusted closer to the event date based on registration. Please utilize the waitlist if a division is full.

This will be a 5 event series for the remainder of 2026. It includes:
- Daybreak Dash (July 12th)
- Fall SAR League (Aug 2nd - Sep 20th)
- Crush the Creek (Sep 26th)
- Winter SAR League (Oct 18th - Dec 6th)
- Desert Crown (pending)
Must attend 3/5 events to qualify. Leagues require 40% attendance to qualify. Points are awarded based on attendance, performance, and rated play. Prizes will be given out to the top 10 players in points standing. The overall winner will be named the Open Terrain champion.
