Hey all,
It's time for the long anticipated, awaited, and overrated Danimal the Animal Shelter Support Fest! Join us on Sunday, May 5th to for a fun, low key, celebratory and charity tournament to honor Daniel Cumford Robbins/ Dan the Man/ the Danimal.
Volunteer course clean up 9a to noon if you can (or anytime any between). Otherwise, sign in 12:30p and tee off 1:00p The format is one round of doubles with cards of 4. Bring a partner or be matched random. Following the round each player will pick their partner from On Their Card randomly. That's right, you can bring a partner but in the end you'll be playing a round with a partner with whom you won't know until you're done.Support your card mates! Or razz them. You and your partner's score will be combined for your final score.
Dan Robbins was always kind and loving to beasts both great and understable. Please bring a donation item or two for the Saratoga County Animal Shelter. Their wish list includes Dog and cat treats and toys, cat beds and carriers, fleece blankets, dog beds (small enough to fit in a washing machine), leashes, harnesses, waste bags, kitten chow, pate' canned cat food, and Feline Pine or Yesterday's News Cat Litter.
There will be some stories, memories, and a few prizes and trophies. We also plan to have food and maybe some doggie/cat bags to go. The closest to "Dan Robbins Tree" (right side of hole 9/18) will also receive a prize!!

*Can't make it in the morning? Don't fret. You won't be excluded from the fun in the afternoon.
