Players Meeting: Emails will be sent the week of the event.
Snack Shack: Will be open serving hot dogs, burgers,snacks and drinks!
Parking Saturday will be tight as there is a Little League game, please use the School St. parking lot in the morning if the main lot is full.
H2Go booth: Brody Reed will be onsite representing H2Go, a fruit -infused water with organic caffeine. Brody will have samples to offer, putting games and merchandise. Make sure to stop by and say hello!
Awards: As divisions finish we will give out trophies to division champs once all scores in that divisions have been finalized and received.
Mad Taco CTP's: We will give away 4 $20 gift cards to the Mad Taco for amateur CTP's on Saturday. Make sure to check the list at the check-in table for holes/divisions.
1st Place Trophies for divisions of at least 3 or more players. Custom Gnome trophies for division champs! Thank you to Todd Lewis and the Gnome Master himself, Peter Flaherty, for making the trophies!
Pro Payouts: We will payout 40% of the Pro divisions. Payouts will be issued via Paypal within 48 hours of completion of the event. Players MUST be PDGA members to accept cash.
Amateur Payouts: We will payout 45% of the Amateur divisions. Payouts will be posted and will be filed in our system for those players. Amateur payouts must be redeemed by Dec. 31,2025. Credit cannot be used online and we do not ship, so plan to use your credit onsite or at a future event you attend. Payouts will be posted here on the event dgscene page within 48 hours of completion of the tournament ( look in the Results section).
Juniors:
Juniors must be accompanied by an adult per PDGA guidelines: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/113
DGVTour Acepot: $1 from each players registration goes to the acepot. If there are no aces then the acepot will roll over to DGVTour #3. $134 rollover from DGVTour #1
GO BIG Acepot: $5/per player optional acepot. If you put in you have a chance to win. Players will have the option to include this at registration. If no one in the GO BIG acepot gets an ace then the money will roll over to the GO BIG acepot at DGVTour #3. $270 rollover from DGVTour #1
EDGE: $2 from each players registration goes to the Vermont EDGE Program. This program will enable DGVT to work with local schools and communities to build new courses and get discs in the hands of our youth.
DGVTour fee: $4 from each players registration goes to the Tour to help us with an array of items such as Tour trophies, end of the season payouts, sanctioning fees, park fees, supplies, porta pottys and much more.
PDGA Per Player Fee: C-tier fee $3/player.
Playoffs: In the event of a playoff for 1st place, players will play the course in order starting at hole #1 and format is sudden death. First player to win a hole with a lower score wins the playoff.
Tee Times (both days): Tee times will be posted on pdga.com by Thursday evening for Saturdays round. After all players are off the course Saturday we will work as fast as we can to get tee times posted for Sundays round. Our hope is to have those posted before 8pm Saturday night. Competitors can visit pdga.com and go to events to see tee times. Please arrive at least 30 mins before your tee time, check in and get setup for live scoring and have enough time to get to hole #1 and start your round at the scheduled tee time.

Tee Assignments: All divisions will play from the Blue tees except Juniors who will play from Red tees.
Course Out of Bounds/Mandos:
Hole 1: inside the fenced in pool area is Out of Bounds. Play normal ob rules.
Hole 13: Mandatory is clearly marked with a painted arrow on the tree. Players must pass to the left of that tree, if you miss the mando you must re-tee with a penalty stroke.
Hole 15: Must make it on to the "island" ( designated by white stakes and a fence) from the tee shot. If a player's drive does not come to rest on to the island from the tee shot then you proceed to the Drop Zone ( designated by 2 pin flags that say " Drop Zone") with a 1 stroke penalty. A player can also elect to not tee over the river and go directly to the drop zone with a 2 stroke penalty. Baseball field is Out of Bounds.
Hole 16: Baseball field is Out of Bounds. Fence and white paint line along edge of river is Out of Bounds.
Hole 17: River is OB. Mandatory is clearly marked with a painted arrow on the tree. Players must pass to the left of the mando tree. If you pass to the right of the mando tree then a player must re-tee with a penalty stroke. Ball field is Out of Bounds.
Hole 18: Ball field is Out of Bounds.
This is a public park and a shared space for all park users. ALWAYS yield to other park users, make sure the hole is clear to throw safely and talk to other park users in a friendly manner if necessary. We have reserved the disc golf course but not the entire park.
PDGA Live Scoring: This is how each group will keep score. All players need to click on the link below to become familiar with PDGA Live Scoring. Download the ap " PDGA Live" on your personal device and be prepared ahead of time.

Disc Golf Vermont is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. Early registration $20 is non-refundable. PDGA refund policy will be followed. A fee of $10 will be applied to all refund requests as specified in the PDGA Policy.
Summary:

50% refund if withdrawn at least 15 days prior to the event date.
25% refund if withdrawn before 48 hours to the event date.
