    10:00am - 11:30am

    Coaches-Teachers check your teams in with Darrell in the Screaming Goat Cafe. Please have your round 1 pairings figured out.
    Players and coaches welcome to play and practice on the course.
    Please eat and be ready to start at 11:30.

    10:00am - 11:00am

    Teams arrive at Haute Goat - drop off at the gate.
    Remember to dip your shoes at the gate - keep the farm animals safe.

    11:30am - 11:45am

    Players meeting for everyone by the first tee, starting hole assignments will be shared and some rules for the day. At 11:45 players head to their starting hole.

    12:00pm - 1:30pm

    Round 1 - Best Disc Double - on the Throw Pink Front Nine at Haute Goat. After your round check in with the Tournament Director to submit your team score.

    1:30pm - 1:45pm

    Quick break between rounds.
    Head to the cafe to use the washroom, grab a snack and be back at the first tee for Round 2 at 1:45pm

    1:45pm - 2:00pm

    Players get there hole assignments for Round 2 at the Innova tent by the first tee. Players head to their starting hole, be ready to play be 2:00pm.

    2:00pm - 3:30pm

    Round 2 - Singles Play - on the Throw Pink Front Nine at Haute Goat. After your round return to the porch at the Screaming Goat Cafe to submit your score.

    3:45pm - 4:00pm

    Quick wrap up of the days tournament...hand out a few prizes, acknowledge our winners and get ready to head home.

    4:00pm - 4:30pm

    Players and coaches head home.

About this tournament

This is the first High School Invitational to be held at Haute Goat. We pulled this event together quickly on short notice and are happy that six teams and about 40 students will be coming to the farm to play this one day tournament.

This year we will do a mix of team and singles play with a focus on fun and some friendly competition.

Round 1 will be a 9 hole Best Disc Doubles round.
Round 2 will be a 9 hole Singles Play round.

Both rounds will be shotgun start and all players will be playing the Front 9 - Short Goat by Throw Pink layout. You always tee off from a tee that has a pink sign and aim for the basket that the sign says.

We will have a four on-course prizes, CTP - Closest to the Pin. These will be on holes 3, 4, 7 and 9. Thanks to Innova Disc Golf for sponsoring this event with some prizes and other resources to help make it happen.

After the second round we'll all meet back at the Screaming Goat Cafe to wrap up the days activity with a few prizes and shout outs for some good performances.

This inaugural High School Invitational at Haute Goat is meant to be just for fun and to introduce competitive play to the students. Next year we can work to formalize the structure of the competition and invite a bunch more schools. There are some great 'team disc golf' formats we can try.
