About this tournament

The Craven Youth Disc Golf League and Craven Youth Disc Golf League Kickoff Tournament are a product of our Local League ran by Fairway Disc Golf. They have done a tremendous job of helping to get youth involved and it’s time we take it to the next level and get schools involved.
This tournament will serve as a fun way to get youth and their families out on the course, educate them about disc golf, and start to form school club levels here in Craven County.
Additionally, we have partnered with the City of New Bern Police Department, the Lions Club of New Bern, and other sponsors to help raise funds for the Special Olympics. We are excited to work together to host this benefit tournament and engage our city youth! Registration costs will be paid day of the event when you arrive. Please be ready to pay by cash, card, or check. This tournament will be one unsanctioned round.
There will be a Prodigy Player Pack for the first 50 people to register/pay/sign in on the morning of the tournament! (Including Disc, Mini, Towel, event bag)
There will be hand made trophies for the winner of each division!
There will be division specific CTP prizes and raffle prizes being given away as well!
The schedule for the event will be as follows:
- Registration/Warmups/Youth lesson: 0830-0930
- Introduction/Sponsors Announcement: 0930-0945
- Play Begins (Shotgun Start): 1000-1230
- Lunch: 1230-1330
- Awards/ Prizes: 1330-1400
