EDIT: Rick Rothstein at IceBowl HQ informed me this week that this is in fact the 24th ice bowl ... not the 25th ... so 2027 will be the blowout event!!! LOL!!!

PDGA XC-Tier
UPDATE: NEFA POINTS EVENT!!!
Two Rounds Stroke Play
72 Players
Available spots will then be filled from the waiting list in order of sign up (as determined by the DGS registration system).

Player Entry Fees:
This is a PDGA Competition Endowment Program event and the $15 non-member/non-current fee will be waived. The PDGA CEP rules state that the total donations must (at a minimum) include the $3 sanctioning fee per player (increased in 2025 from $2), a matching donation amount, and 25% of the net entry fees.

Update: The New England Flying Disc Association board has approved this event as a 2026 NEFA points event with an exemption for $1 per player sanctioning fees due to the charitable donation that will be made to Open Doors.

FCDC hopes that the inclusion of NEFA points will draw more players to this long-standing and well-known event. It's a win-win for all involved ... more players, more points available, a bigger and better donation to be made to Open Doors!!!

The remainder of each Pro entry will be applied directly to the payout for that division for cash payouts.
The remainder of each Amateur entry will be applied directly to the payout for that division for merchandise vouchers.

Layouts:
To be determined based on weather and/or course conditions. All players will be notified of their layout via the players meeting email (to be sent out no later than Friday, February 27, 2026.

NOTE TD reserves the right to change layouts for all divisions based on course conditions, weather, and/or daylight for both the first and/or second rounds. Additionally, if course conditions or weather necessitate it, a combination of layouts maybe used

PDGA Digital Scoring will be in play; instructions on how scoring will work for the event will be sent out to the field prior to the event.

Ace Pot
Optional $5 ace pot. If ANY player hits an ace in ANY division, that player will receive 50% of the ace pot. If no aces are hit, we will do a “Closest to Pin” throw-off for 50% of the acepot. The remaining 50% will be donated to Open Doors!
