Maple Events is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

AMended Policy 4/7/2025:

Regarding Amateur Division registrations -
We have ordered some player pack items which are not transferable should you withdraw.
Starting April 9, if you choose to withdraw, you’ll receive a refund minus $40, and you will still receive one custom player pack item specific to you.
