Check in opens. All players must check in at tournament central before playing their round. Ams will pick up player pack item at this time. You may practice or warm up before or after checking in with tournament staff.
12:00pm
Play begins. Once your group is present and has checked in with the tournament staff you may begin your round. You may play anytime within the window so long as your group finishes by 7 p.m.
7:00pm
Play concludes. Awards will be distributed to top finishers in each division. If not present, you should make arrangements with the TD to receive your award.

One round of 18 holes (a mix of long and short tees played twice)
This is a flex event. You may play anytime between 12 - 7 p.m. Make your own groups or we will find a group for you. Your group may contain a mix of players from different divisions. Groups should consist of three to four players. Please avoid fivesomes whenever possible. You should get clearance from the tournament director before proceeding with a group of five.
Play may begin at 12 p.m. All rounds should be complete by 7 p.m.
Trophy awarded at the conclusion of the event to those in attendance. Others may make arrangements with the TD or the Millersburg Parks Department to pick up trophies at a later date.

No cashless registration. All players must pre-register before 5 p.m EDT on the day of the event.

This is a ratings-based event.
Gold (Pros must register for this division) rating 970+
Blue <970
White rating <935
Red rating <900
Green rating <850
Purple rating <800
The tournament director reserves the right to combine divisions of less than three players. The TD will also open a requested division with a minimum of three players.
RATINGS
You may play "up" but you may not play "down" a division. Player rating classifications will be strictly enforced. You will be moved to the appropriate division should your November rating affect your division registration at the time. Please contact the TD with any questions.
LAYOUTS
One round of 18 holes utilizing a mix of long and short tee positions. The course has nine baskets and two sets of tee pads.
SIDE GAMES
Optional Ace Fund and 50/50 Cash CTP.
Payouts via PayPal.
SCORING
All players must keep score. Digital is preferred. We will be using PDGA live scoring for this event.

Refund policy
Maple City Disc Golf, LLC. is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. A $5 processing fee for all refunds after September 13th. No refunds will be issued on or after September 19th.
