We follow the PDGA refund guidelines — and please note that any sponsorship donations (including Player sponsor donations) are non-refundable. Please note: If you drop out within 14 days off the event, we will be unable to refund your lunch requests

PDGA B-Tier for Pro divisions
PDGA C-Tier for Amateur divisions
2 rounds, shotgun start for all divisions
PDGA MEMBERSHIP:
Pros must have a current PDGA membership (B-Tier requirement)
Ams do NOT need a PDGA membership (C-Tier)

Lazy River Products will have free coffee at Tournament Central to get you going for Round 1.
BREAKFAST : A&B BBQ
Fuel up before you throw! A&B BBQ (that’s Tom & Erika!) will be serving hot egg sandwiches, made fresh for $5 each (pay on-site). No pre-registration required, but if you or your caddy want one, please indicate that in your registration so they can prepare for your order.
LUNCH: A&B BBQ
Lunch will be available to you and your caddy as an optional add-on with your registration. Be sure to fuel up for Round 2!
DINNER: Post-Tournament Pizza Party!
After the final round, join us for pizza during awards and raffles. We’ll have vegetarian and gluten-free options. Pizza is free to all players, and if you'd like, you can add pizza for your caddy for $10 with your registration. There is a cash bar onsite, ATM available downstairs.

$4 per player — Town of Haverhill fee
$2 per player — Legion Hall rental (to keep Tournament Central warm and cozy)

Dee Tripp, Emily Braun, & Kristen Brazile are the tournament directors responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
Player sponsors donations or any donations to course, throw pink, or home sponsorship CANNOT be refunded.
All withdrawals and refunds will be handled in accordance with PDGA Competition Manual 1.03 – Withdrawals and Refunds: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103.
Throw Pink/Course Donations, Sponsorships, and a $10 processing fee are non-refundable
ALL FOOD REQUESTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AFTER THE 6th OF OCTOBER AS THE FOOD HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR
If you request a withdrawal 30 days or more before the event, you will receive a full refund (minus applicable fees).
If you request a withdrawal between 15 and 29 days before the event, you will receive a full refund only if your spot is filled from the waitlist. If the spot is not filled, you will receive a 50% refund.
If you request a withdrawal within 14 days of the event, no refund is guaranteed. However, if your spot is filled from the waitlist, a full refund (minus fees) will be issued. If the spot is not filled, no refund will be given.
No refunds will be issued within 7 days* of the event unless your spot is filled from the waitlist. If it is, you will receive a full refund minus any fees.
No-call/no-shows forfeit their entry and will not receive a refund.
