This is a 2-round PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier tournament.

Round 1 - 18 holes on the Red/Green course (hybrid - see below for details)

Round 2 - 18 holes on the par 2 Pitch & Putt course

Cards will be grouped by division with scheduled tee times.

All skill levels are welcomed and encouraged to play.

This is a PDGA Sanctioned event and follows all PDGA rules, players are responsible for knowing and adhering to all PDGA rules.

COURSE LAYOUTS

All divisions will play the same layout.

Round 1 - Hybrid of 13 Red (R) tees and 5 Green (G) tees: 1R, 2R, 3G, 4G, 5R, 6R, 7R, 8R, 9G, 10G, 11R, 12R, 13R, 14R, 15R, 16G, 17R, 18R

Round 2 - Pitch & Putt Course (normal layout)

PLAYER CHECK-IN

Players should check-in at the Pro Shop at least 15 minutes before their scheduled tee time to get the PDGA Live Scoring passcode. Ams, please allow extra time to pick up player pack items. Each player gets 1 raffle ticket at check-in.

LIVE SCORING

ALL PLAYERS ARE REQUIRED TO KEEP SCORE FOR THE ENTIRE CARD AND PROMPTLY TURN IN THEIR SCORECARDS AFTER EACH ROUND

Scores will be tracked using PDGA Live Scoring available at pdga.com/score or the PDGA Live Scoring App (preferred). The passcode will be provided at player check-in. At least 2 players per card must keep score using PDGA Live Scoring, all other players can use whatever they prefer (PDGA Live Scoring, UDisc, or paper scorecard). Players may delegate scorekeeping duties only to their designated caddie.

PAYOUTS

Pros will receive cash payouts via PayPal. Ams will receive payouts in the form of scrip/credit loaded onto gift cards for the onsite Kayak Point DGR Pro Shop. Pro divisions payout out to the top 45% and Am divisions to the top 50%.

OPTIONAL ACE POT

Each player who paid into the optional Ace Pot will be eligible for Round 1 on the Red/Green course only. If the Ace pot is not hit during Round 1 it will roll over to Round 2 on the Pitch & Putt, where the person with the most aces wins (ties will be split evenly). In the event there are no aces hit on the Pitch & Putt, then the player's $2 ace pot buy-in will be added to their division's payout.

Each player participating in Clash of the Titanides will receive 1 raffle ticket at check-in for a chance to win some awesome prizes after the tournament! MVP has graciously sponsored the 2024 Evergreen Women's Series and donated a basket, an umbrella and some lab second discs for us to giveaway.

Golf carts will not be available to players during tournament rounds. They will be available for rent to spectators for Round 1 only.

FOOD OPTIONS

Aces BBQ will be open in the clubhouse from 9am - 2pm. A selection of breakfast items will be available from 9-11am, and our in-house smoked meats and fresh made sides, along with their signature in-house made BBQ sauces will be available all day. Other snacks and drink options are also available in the clubhouse. Please remember there is no outside food or drink allowed.

Clash of the Titanides is part of the 2024 Evergreen Women's Series. The Evergreen Series is a collection of women-only events being held throughout Washington State. Additional information regarding the series can be found here: https://evergreenseries.wordpress.com/ However, you do not have to participate in the series to play this tournament.

Disc Golf Resort is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. All refund requests must be made through discgolfscene.com. https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

Per PDGA Guidelines 1.03 of the Competition Manual: Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 15 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 50% monetary refund of their entry fee OR just the player’s pack the player would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 50% monetary refund.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% cash monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has the choice to provide EITHER a 25% monetary refund OR just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.
