EARLY CHECK IN:
Checking in on Friday is highly encouraged if possible. Avoid having to wait in line on Saturday morning.
NO PLAYERS MEETING:
Your printed caddy book will serve as your players meeting. Along with the printed caddy book you will get at check in; I will be emailing the caddy book to you and posting the caddybook on Facebook approximately one week before the event. If you have questions you can contact me with them ahead of time. I will setup the boards near the check in table at 7:00am Saturday morning. This will allow you two hours to arrive at your hole at your own pace.

LUNCH:
There is an option on the registration page to purchase a lunch from Montlake Golf Club. You will get a lunch ticket that you can get your lunch from the club house on Saturday between rounds. If you do not purchase a lunch, I STRONGLY suggest that you bring your own lunch as there will not be enough time to drive down the mountain and back.
LAYOUT AND TEEPADS:
There will again be three sets of teepads used to cater to all the divisions. There is a screen shot of this info under the pictures tab.
PAYOUT:
Pro divisions with 8 or more - 40%
Pro divisions with 7 or less - 45%
AM divisions with 8 or more - 45%
AM divisions with 7 or less - 50%
Pro's will receive cash.
Am's will receive vouchers to use with the authorized payout vendors on site.

PRACTICE DAY INFO:
Times are listed to the left under the schedule, please do not come before these times as the course setup will still be going on.
One free practice round on each course if you are playing the tournament.
$5 if you are not playing the tournament.
Due to limited time, groups of 4 at most.
Carts are available at club house on a first come first serve basis.
Cart rentals are $12/person at the club house.
Please only 2 players per cart.
Please do not pass the carts to other players once you are done with it. The cart revenue they get is what allows us to use the courses on Friday. So return the cart when you are done with your round. Do not abuse this or else we may not get to use the courses on Friday next year.

9/19 - 8:pm - First wave of any drops will be removed and filled from waitlist
SPONSORSHIP and FUNDRAISER DISCS:
Hole Sponsorship is $35. All proceeds go toward tournament expenses and payout. With course fees, players packs items, trophies, PDGA fees, basket transportation, gas, supplies and more, it adds up fast. This is not a cheap event so every bit helps out.
CAPS ON POOLS AND DIVISIONS:
Since there are two course and multiple teepads, I have created initial caps on divisions to keep the cards/tees/divisions as balanced as possible. These were determined by the average amount in each division over the past COTL events. Women and junior divisions will have no initial caps.
DIVISION MINIMUMS:
All divisions must have at least five players to make a division. (AM women and Juniors excluded)
TROPHIES:
Each division that has 3 or more players as of 10/5 will have one division winner trophy.
