About this tournament
2 rounds of play
Kick off the CVS in Modesto, Ca. The 1st of the non-sanctioned series.
2 rounds of 18 holes pr round
Setting up 9 temp on other side of El Vista,
To extend the front 9 holes to 18.
We will have 2 separate courses.
SCENIC AND LA LOMA.
BOTH 18 HOLES EACH.
There will be 2 pools:
A Pool : all open div, ma1, ma40
B Pool: all other am div

A pool - scenic back 18
B pool - la loma front +9 added el Vista
Rnd 2
Pools switch courses after lunch
Lunch will be available to purchase presented by the Menchacas- famous tritip sammies!
We Highly recommend that 3 make a complete division.
We have the right to remove a division if not fulfilled by deadline*
Trophies for top 3 in each Division
^^$3 CVS fee will be taken out of all registrants. This enables finals to be able to be played essentially for Free for those who qualify^^
We will be using UDisc Live. Udisc is Free to use for tournament play & keeping score.
Please download the free version when you can to acclimate yourself with the app.

Refund policy
MADG - Modesto Area Disc Golf Club is responsible for all refunds and cancellations.
A. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event before October 11th (30 days prior to the event) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee.
B. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event between Oct 11th and Oct 27th (15 to 29 days prior to registration closing) will receive a 100% monetary refund of their entry fee minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, there will be a 50% monetary refund.
C. Players who officially request to withdraw from the event after Oct 27th (14 days prior) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus a $5 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled there will be a 25% monetary refund.
D. Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to Nov 7th (when registration closes) forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack. No refunds after Nov 7th . Consider it a donation to help purchase new baskets and course upkeep.
