Refund policy

Withdrawals and Refunds will follow the policies outlined in the PDGA Competition Manual, found at https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103

The $10 waitlist fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you were charged full price but ended up on the waitlist because of the speed in which the tournament filled, you will be refunded the difference until a spot becomes available.

Waitlist order may be altered in a few special circumstances. For example, if a player in a sponsor designated spot has to withdraw, the sponsor is allowed to designate a new player for that spot. If a player's rating forces them to change divisions, this takes precedence over the waitlist as well. And, as the tournament draws very near, a player on the waitlist not responding in a timely fashion (which changes depending on how far out we are) can also force deviating from the waitlist.
