About this tournament

Thank you very much for your interest in this years Cap City Amateur Open!! This event is a PDGA sanctioned B tier as in years past. We are also sponsored once again by INNOVA Champion Discs!! Everyone will receive an event customer stamped disc for their players pack. We will be keeping the players pack small so the payouts can be bigger.

This event will be 2 rounds of 21 holes utilizing shotgun start format. Starting at Hole 1 we will be skipping holes 5-6 for safety as usual. After your card finishes hole 14, you will continue to Hole A and play through Hole D. After completing D, you will go straight to Hole I and complete the rest of the course from there through Hole 18 as per the usual.

MA1- Long tees except Hole 4 both rounds.
MA2- Long tees except hole 4 for the first round, short tees for the second round.
All other divisions- Short tees both rounds.

Six Sided Discs will be onsite to handle payouts concluding the event as well as taking care of any vending needs you may have. Be sure to swing by and say hey to Greg and the entire crew!

There will be CTP’s for all divisions individually as well as a "Field CTP". Hole C will be a CTP for the entire field only standing for the first round. It is made possible by local shirt company "Where I'm From"! We're very excited to have them aboard and really thankful for their donation. The individual CTP holes will be posted closer to the event.

We will have water stations around the course at 1, 7, 10, hole A and 15.

Huge thanks to Scott Campbell for once again knocking the logo outta the park! Making my ideas an amazing product everytime. Great work my man, much thanks!!!

NO CADDY GUIDE- All pars, distances, and OB’s will be in the live scoring. I will post the OB’s in the comments so you will have those early. The pin positions will be the same as years past. Hole assignments will be posted the night before the event.

There will be no less that an hour lunch break between rounds 1 and 2. The lunch hour starts when the final card has been submitted for the first round.

We are following the PDGA refund/withdrawal policy.
