Welcome to CWE at the Farm! We are following up last year's Women’s Global Event with a Canadian Women's Event, part of a series of events organized nation-wide! Non-PDGA member fees are waived, so there is no need to be a PDGA member to play in this event.

ALL experience levels are welcome, and all F Divisions will be open for registration.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

A full day day of tournament style disc golf, which consists of 2 rounds of 18 holes each!
Payouts to Pro divisions, player packs to all Am Division players.

First 30 Am sign ups will receive a full CWE Branded player pack!!! Remaining participants will still receive an equivalent player pack

Per the PGDA rules, Juniors aged 13 and under MUST be accompanied by a non-playing adult for the duration of each round.


TEE PADS:

FPO, FA1, Age protected divisions: Blue Tee pads
FA2, FA3, FA4, Junior: Red Tee pads


Division assignments were based on PGDA division recommendations for average distance thrown. Have a look here at the link below if interested, but ultimately, you can sign up for whichever division you would like to play in, on the tee pads you want to play on! You can update your division through the division tab after your initial registration, but reach out if you need a hand!

GENERAL REGISTRATION

General registration opens April 8th, 2023, at 7:00PM PST. Each division will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration will close on June 16th, 2023, at 7:00PM PST.

ENTRY FEE

Your Entry Fee includes 2 rounds at Mary’s Farm. Amateur players will receive a player pack! Player pack details to come.

ABOUT JUNE 24th

A one-day, two-round shotgun start. Each round will be played with card mates in the same division, with a lunch between rounds.

A players meeting, course layout, and info about tee times and live scoring will be emailed prior to the event to the email you used to register.

SCHEDULE

8:45: Gates Open - come and get settled and warmed up!
9:30: Player Meeting - we will go over some course rules and what to expect
9:45: Round 1

We will allow at least 30 minutes for the last card to finish to enjoy their lunches. Round 2 should start around 1:30-2:00pm.

COVID-19 GUIDELINES

We will be following all provincial health guidelines. You are responsible for adhering to all rules and restrictions in place regarding Covid-19 guidelines and keeping abreast of any changes. If there are any major updates, we will email all registrants. For example, proof of vaccination is not currently required for individual competition in outdoor settings but the Provincial Health Officer may change this policy at any time. Please read our Refund Policy before you register.

CWE at the Farm Team is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Withdrawals must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene or withdrawal requests must be emailed to the Tournament Director.

Cancellation on or before June 16th, 2023 at 6:59pm:
Players will receive a full refund of their entry fee minus Disc Golf Scene processing fee.

Cancellation from June 16th, 2023, 7:00pm onwards:
NO REFUNDS OR PLAYER PACKS WILL BE PROVIDED.

Waitlisted Registrants who do not get into the competition will receive a full refund minus Disc Golf Scene processing fee.

No refunds or player pack will be provided to any registrant who fails to officially withdraw or is a No Show during the event.
