Back for the BULLET BASH!

Latitude 64 along with the South of 64 Series are stoked to bring some flex start PDGA C-Tier Fun to this back to the Bullet Bash weekend! The brand new Latitude 64 RV set up will be on site for the tournament weekend and your shopping pleasure!

This is a PDGA flex-start C Tier with Tee times available from 11:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

AMATEUR SIDE IS PLAYER PACK ONLY

Amateur player packs are a $10 voucher good for use at the Latitude 64 RV that will be onsite, “Pick a Shirt,” and a Westside Discs towel! That's a $35 player pack value!

All Divisions will play Blue Pads.

EVENT PARTICIPANT COVID-19 WAIVER:
"I understand that participation in this event carries with it risk of injury or death and I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, administrators, executors, and assigns expressly release, forever discharge, and hold harmless the Bullet Bash Flex Start Friday presented by Latitude 64, Tyler Searle and the PDGA (the "Releasees") for all personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death in connection with my participation in this event. Further, I understand and acknowledge that there currently exists a global pandemic associated with the disease COVID-19, that I am participating in this event at my own risk, that any safety precautions designed to protect against the spread of COVID-19 undertaken by the Releasees does not guarantee I will not contract COVID-19, and that, the foregoing notwithstanding, it is my specific intent to affirm my foregoing release of the Releasees with respect to any personal injury, loss, damage to property, or death I may experience from COVID-19 in connection with my participation in this event."

I acknowledge that access to City property and participation in sports activities may involve risk of
serious injury, including permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which
might result not only from my own intentional or negligent acts or omissions, but also from the
intentional or negligent acts or omissions of others, and from any equipment used in the park or the
condition of the park facility.

To the extent allowed by law, I indemnify, defend and hold harmless the City of Jacksonville, its officers,
officials, employees, agents and representatives, against any claim, action, loss, damage, injury, liability,
cost or expense of every kind or nature including property damage, personal injury and death to any
person(s) arising out of or incidental to any intentional or negligent act or omission on my part in
connection with access to the Park, Beaches and participation in the sports activity. This indemnification
is not, and shall not be interpreted as, a waiver by the City of its sovereign immunity under §768.27,
Florida Statutes.

To the extent allowed by law, I release, waive and discharge the City of Jacksonville, its officers, officials,
employees, agents and representatives, from any and all liability to me and from any and all claims,
losses or damages of every kind or nature including, but not limited to, property damage, personal injury
and death arising out of or incidental to my access to the Park and participation in the sports activity.
The release, waiver and discharge apply also to my heirs, assigns and legal representatives.
I agree that access to the Park and participation in the sports activity is completely voluntary and that I
am under no obligation to participate and that I am giving up substantial rights by signing and that I sign
this release voluntarily.
