About this tournament
2 rounds of play
The Bull Creek Open 2024 is a PDGA C Tier - 2 Round Shotgun Start Event. We will play 2 rounds of 18 holes on a mixed layout (see attached doc).
Thank you to Scott Reek for his partnership and guidance over the years. He has entrusted FlightPlan to take over several of his tournaments in 2024 and we intend to maintain the same high caliber experience you are used to receiving from Scott and Underpar.
Thanks also to the Kansas City Disc Golf club! Please fill out the waiver on www.kcdiscgolf.org before arrival.
Round 1 hole assignments will be posted the day before the event by 6pm. However, please check hole assignments 30 minutes prior to tee off to confirm there has been no changes.
Tournament layouts are posted in the Comments section.
There will be no in person players meeting. An email will be sent to the address used when registering prior to the event. Please read this email as it will contain all the information needed for the tournament.
All Amateur payouts will be fulfilled with merchandise from FlightPlan Disc Golf and will be available onsite the day of the event or through www.flightplandiscgolf.com. Any credits/payouts earned can be accumulated at FlightPlan events throughout the year, but must used by Dec. 31, 2024.
All Amateurs will receive a voucher for merchandise as player's package. Choose from 100's of items including discs, bags, clothing, accessories and more!
All Pro Payouts will be done by check or via PayPal Goods and Services (winner pays any associated fees).
Fees: $2 PDGA, $3 KCDG, $2 TD
If there is a division not offered that you would like to play in, please contact us and we will open it up. However, a minimum of 2 players are required in the division by March 1, or you will be moved to the closest available division.
Restrooms are available onsite.

Any cancellations prior to March 1 will receive their entry fee back, minus a $5.00 Handling Fee, the DG Scene fee, and any sponsorship items, if applicable.
Players who request to withdraw from the event on or after March 1 will forfeit 100% of their entry fee. No Call, No Shows on the day of the event, for any reason, forfeit their entry fee and players package, if applicable.
