PDGA sanctioned B-Tier for Ams, C for the pros.
Two rounds of 18 holes on a fun but challenging course. The front nine are short and wooded with the back nine being a little longer with mature trees. Entry fees are low for a B-tier as we just enjoy putting on fun affordable events.
Players pack will be a Latitude T-shirt for all players, pros included. All Ams who PRE-REGISTER will also receive a premium disc of their choice from one of the three trilogy brands. There will be several to choose from.
The $500 challenge goes like this.... holes 1-10 plus 16-18 are all aceable. Each of those holes will be assigned a card from a regular deck of playing cards. Hole 1-10 will be represented by the like number playing card. Ace = hole 1, 4 = hole 4 etc;...16-18 will be the jack, queen and king respectively. During the players meeting someone will draw a card from a deck and that corresponding hole will be our target hole for the first round only. If someone hits an ace on the target hole during round one they will receive $500 cash. If more than one, the $500 will be split. We did the same thing at the last tournament in Bucyrus and an ace was hit on the target hole...but in the second round. Anyone who has played Bucyrus knows that all these holes are indeed ace possible shots. There were two last event with a couple other chain hits.
We just picked up over $2000 in fresh plastic for payouts, plus all our other inventory. Also remember our drawing at seasons end with the grand prize being a Zuca Cart. Play in three Team Mojo events to be entered for the Cart and other prizes. Any entry after three events will be an additional entry into the drawings. 5 events played equals three entries for the drawing as an example.We wil have at least two more events after this one.
As always, expect a fun fast event. We will have you on your way before 4:00 typically. Your rounds are up and rated by the end of the break for round one and soon after the event for round two. Payouts well above the PDGA minimum, pins for the top three in most divisions, a basket toss and Marnie's fine foods as well as frito snacks.
