The Brook Park Brave is back for 2025. This marks yet another year at one of the most challenging courses in New Zealand. Set amongst the rugged hills and lush trees of Brook Park in Te Kuiti, we are excited to have everyone in Te Kuiti yet again this year for another fun filled weekend of disc golf.

Registration will open on the 13th of February at 7pm and we are limiting initial entries to 80 players. Tournament staff reserve the right to increase the total number of players for the event if demand exists.

Players Packs:
This year Amateur players will receive a special Brook Park disc, and all players will get vouchers for treats from our friends at Bosco Cafe.
In addition, Bosco have come to the table and will be offering a discount to all players throughout the weekend if you choose to have breakfast or lunch at the course.

Tournament Schedule:
Play begins Friday 25th April with players playing one round a day with tee times.
Tee times are expected to start at 9 each day, with play wrapping up by 4:30pm each day.

Layouts:
MPO, MP40 and MA1 will all play the Long Tees at Brook Park
All remaining divisions will play the shorter tees at Brook Park.
The current course is being considered for some tweaks following tree felling at the course, and we will update players to ensure they are aware of any changes that may be in place for the event.

We recognise that circumstances may arise that prevent players from participating in our event. To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be issued to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

2. Refund Deadlines:
Requests for refunds must be made through DG Scene's withdrawal/refund request function. Please login to your DG scene account and to access this functionality. Refund requests will be accepted until April 15th, 2025, which is 10 days before the tournament's scheduled start date.

3. Refund Amounts:
Refunds requested before the refund deadline will be subject to an administrative fee to cover processing costs. After the refund deadline has passed, no refunds will be issued.

4. Eligible Circumstances for Refunds:
Refund requests submitted after April 15th, 2024, will be considered under the following circumstances:
a. Medical Emergency: A player sustains a medical injury or illness that prevents their participation. Documentation from a qualified medical professional may be required.
b. Tournament Cancellation: In the event that the tournament is canceled for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.

5. Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving a valid refund request.
Refunds will be issued via DG Scene.

6. Non-Refundable Items:
Certain items, such as custom tournament merchandise or optional add-ons, may be non-refundable. Please refer to the specific event details for clarification.

7. Discretion:
The organising parties reserve the right to exercise discretion in exceptional cases and may consider refund requests that do not strictly adhere to this policy.

In registering for Brook Park Brave 2025, participants acknowledge and accept this refund policy. This refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of tournament organisers, and any updates will be communicated to registered participants.
