This is a trophy only event for all amateur divisions - Amateur players will receive 125% or more of net entry fees ( less PDGA fees, green fees, etc).

Per PDGA's Competition Manual for Disc Golf Events, only players with a current PDGA membership may register.

PLAYER PACKS
We ordered 150 Am and 8 Junior player packs based on the registration list on that day. Any added players after that will receive a full value player pack but not the same as all the items.

PLAYER CHECK IN
Players must checkin with the starter no less than 5 minutes prior to their tee time (preferably earlier please) and be present at the starting hole for the 5 minutes preceding their tee time each day. Players who do not check in with the starter by this time or who not present at the starting hole for the 5 minutes preceding their tee time receive two penalty throws.

RESERVED REGISTRATIONS
2025 BC Junior Champion is defined as the top finisher in the 2025 BC Junior Disc Golf Championships.

GENERAL REGISTRATION
General registration opens March 28, 2025 at 7pm PST. Each division will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

CLOSED REGISTRATION
Registration closes June 1st, 2025 at 7pm PST. After this time, only registrants from the Waitlist will be added to replace any cancellations.

ENTRY FEE
Your Entry Fee includes the PDGA player fee of $5, Tournament Director Fee of $5 and course green fees of $13 per day. You are responsible for the Disc Golf Scene non-refundable processing fee. All players must have a BC Disc Golf Association membership to compete in the 2025 BC Open, memberships can be purchased at

SCHEDULE
All divisions will play one round each day, scheduled tee times, on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday

LOCATIONS;
The Raptors Knoll course is open to the public year-round except when permitted events are in progress.

The course at Stillwood will be available on a first come first serve basis for practice on June 18th and June 19th for BC Open Registrants only. Per PDGA Rules, participants younger than 13 years old must be chaperoned by a non-playing adult.

We are still efforting to establish the third course.

Craig Sheather is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Withdrawals must be submitted through Disc Golf Scene or withdrawal requests must be emailed to the Tournament Director.

Cancellation prior to June 1,2025
Pro Registrants and Amateur Registrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee minus a $10 processing fee.

Cancellation from June 1st to June 13th, 2025
Pro Registrants and Amateur Registrants will receive a full refund of their entry fee minus a $10 processing fee ONLY if their spot is filled by a waitlisted registrant.
If her/his spot is NOT filled by a waitlisted registrant, the Pro Registrant or Amateur Registrant will receive a 50% refund of the entry fee minus a $10 processing fee.

Cancellation from June, 13th onwards
NO REFUNDS OR PLAYER PACKS WILL BE PROVIDED.

Waitlisted Registrants who do not get into the competition will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.

No refunds or player pack will be provided to any registrant who fails to officially withdraw or is a No Show during the competition.

Player packs will be available at Innova Canada during business hours, Player packs must be picked up by end of day June 21st, 2025
