About this tournament

this format has changed, go to the comment section for a link to cold hollow facebook page..

There will be 3 divisions. Pro, Am, and Women. You must be 924 rated or less at time of entry to sign up for the Am division. If any team has a 925 or higher player they must play in the pro division. Women will have one division. Juniors who are under 18 may play am regardless of there player rating. Anyone without a player rating must ask permission before signing up for am.

All Divisions will be playing for cash payouts.

Format 1 round of 18 holes best shot doubles.
after the round is over we will be having a longer lunch break and cookout.
I will be grilling steak, and hebrew national hotdogs.
Potluck, bring a dish to pass if you can.

After lunch we will shoot off the ace pot if no one hits it. CTP on hole 1 from the short pad and women and juniors get to throw 2 shots from 30 feet closer. Closest shot gets 75 percent and second closest shot gets 25 percent of ace pot.

Next is the disc horseshoe tournament. This will be a single elimination type tournament bracket and random draw to determine what bracket you start in. So who you play against will be random luck of the draw. You will still have the same partner.
Disc horseshoe rules. You throw 2 putts, 1 make is worth 1 point. If you make both it is 3 points. Pro baskets are 40 feet, am is 33 feet and women play 25. First team to 21 (or more) points wins. If both teams are at 18 points and the first player to shoot hits 2 for 21 points than the other player gets to throw his putts and try to tie. If after the round both teams are tied at 21 than you keep playing till one team gets the lead and wins. If the next round after that one team hit one and the other team missed it would be 21 -22 and the game would be over. but if both teams hit one than it would be 22-22 and the game would continue.
