WHAT'S NEW FOR 2026?
We have modified the event back to the "Amateur Championships" in an attempt to build the event back up with the plan to add Pro divisions when the event grows and evolves.

REGISTRATION
Online registration opens on 2/4/26 at 8pm CST.

DIVISIONS
Offered divisions that have no players registered on March 9th 2026, will be eliminated
Division caps will be adjusted as divisions fill every few weeks. GET IN WHILE YOU CAN

Our event staff prides ourselves in keeping players up to date on happenings related to the event. That said, expect to see many emails coming from us. TROPHIES
1st place finishers (only) in divisions with 3 or more players will get a trophy.
Trophies will be ordered in the beginning of April.

PAYOUT
Am Payout Merchandise Vouchers Must Be Redeemed Sunday. Any players who do not redeem their vouchers on site will have a gift card emailed from Sun King Discs but will have a small fee deducted to cover shipping and handling.
We will have multiple payout vendors to choose from.

3. Write Name/Phone #/PDGA # on receipt

4. Turn in at Players Party Saturday OR by 11 am Sunday at tournament HQ.

Winner will be contacted via phone/email to make arrangements.
Prize to be shipped directly to the winner. Do not have to be present to win.

2026 PDGA REFUND POLICY in use for this event.

Sponsor level players will receive their sponsor shirt, and the normal entry fee will be refunded per the PDGA policy as follows:

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event at least 30 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund (minus up to a $10 handling fee).

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event 14 to 29 days before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 13 days (after April 19th) of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements will receive a 100% cash monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD has to provide a 25% cash monetary refund.

Players who do NOT officially request to withdraw from a registered spot playing in the event prior to the published closure of registration and waitlist replacements and don’t play (aka a no-show), forfeit their entry fee and do NOT receive a refund or player’s pack.
