PLAYERS PACKS & TROPHIES

AMATEUR players will receive a player pack and will be playing for scrip redeemable at Emerald City Discs or online through www.EmeraldCityDiscs.com.

PRO players are playing for cash payout.

PHILOSOPHY: At Emerald City Discs, we believe that the players themselves are what make our events special — and that philosophy shapes how we structure our payouts. We like to think of our events as tournaments for players, by players. We’re just as excited to be out on the course there as you are!

Instead of focusing heavily on trophies and physical prizes, we prioritize payouts and scrip. Our goal is to make sure that as much of the entry fee as possible goes back to the players. By directing more value into payouts and store credit, players have the flexibility to choose the discs or gear they actually want, rather than receiving items that may not fit their bag or playing style.

We still love celebrating great rounds and memorable moments, but for us the priority is making sure that the players who come out, compete, and support our events receive meaningful value in return.

In short, more value back to players, more choice in what they receive, and more support for the local disc golf scene — that’s why Emerald City Discs emphasizes payouts and scrip.

LAYOUT NOTES

We will be playing a modified, ACE RUN layout! NOTE: All tee pads are marked with red/orange flags.
1. 210 ft. | Regular Hole 1
2. 207 ft. | Temp tee pad is located about halfway up the regular Hole 2 fairway on the gravel path. Throwing to Hole 2’s basket.
3. 201 ft. | Temp tee pad is located between the first two trees. Throwing to Hole 3’s basket. Bunker does not play as hazard.
4. 228 ft. | Using the original Hole 4 tee pad (not the new one). Throwing to Hole 4’s basket. Triple mando between the flags. Missed mando proceeds directly to the drop zone on the left with a one stroke penalty.
5. 228 ft. | Temp tee pad is in the tree line (heading east towards South Fork restaurant). Playing to Hole 5’s basket.
6. 234 ft. | Temp tee pad is in the tree line (heading east towards South Fork restaurant). Playing to Hole 7’s basket.
7. 189 ft. | Temp tee pad is located about halfway up regular Hole 7’s fairway. Playing to Hole 6’s basket.
8. 210 ft. | Temp tee pad is located near the parking lot. Throwing to Hole 8’s basket.
9. 207 ft. | Temp tee pad is located partway up Hole 9’s fairway. Throwing to the Practice basket near the parking lot.
10. 198 ft. | Temp tee pad is located near the tree line (heading towards Hole 2’s tee box). Throwing to Hole 9’s basket. Bunker plays as hazard (play it where it lies with a one stroke penalty).
11. 198 ft. | Temp tee pad is located halfway up Hole 10’s fairway (often used as the Hole 10 drop zone). Throwing to Hole 10’s basket. Water is OB.
12. 195 ft. | Temp tee pad located halfway up Hole 11’s fairway on the gravel path. Throwing to Hole 11’s basket. Bunker plays as hazard (play it where it lies with a one stroke penalty).
13. 264 ft. | Regular Hole 12.
14. 234 ft. | Temp tee pad is located more than halfway up Hole 13’s fairway on the right. Throwing to Hole 13’s basket.
15. 213 ft. | Regular Hole 14. Plays as an island. Water is OB. If the disc does not land on the island, proceed to drop zone next to the fence with a one stroke penalty. If disc crosses island from the drop zone, play from where it went out of bounds with a one stroke penalty.
16. 282 ft. | Temp tee pad is located about halfway up regular Hole 15’s fairway. Throwing to Hole 15’s basket.
17. 249 ft. | Temp tee pad is located partway up Hole 16’s fairway. Throwing to Hole 16’s basket. Water is OB.
18. 159 ft. | Temp tee pad is located about 150 feet up Hole 17’s fairway on the left. Throwing to Hole 17’s basket. No OB.
19. 222 ft. | Temp tee pad is located about halfway up Hole 18’s fairway. Throwing to Hole 18’s basket. Marked bunker plays as hazard (play it where it lies with a one stroke penalty).
