    If you are not registered or inline during the one hour window you will be dropped from the tournament and the event will start on time.

    Player Meeting

    9:00am - 12:00pm

    Round 1 begins on time

    You have 3 hours to play your round and lunch begins at 12:00 pm. Due to limited daylight this can't change. If you play past 12:00 pm you will be getting a shorter lunch. If you don't think you can play a round of 21 holes in 3 hours then it would be better to play an event with more daylight that allows longer play time. I am not trying to be unkind, just practical with the limited resources available during the winter months.

Additional Notes
Please be on time and punctual. This event is being held during limited daylight and it is imperative we maintain an appropriate timeline to prevent playing in the dark. Each round is suggested to be 3 hours. Please encourage speed of play and as a card, police yourself to make sure players aren't spending excessive time during turns and lost discs. We all want this to be a fun positive experience and it always will be when we encourage each other and play within the limitations of the event.

There will not be any additional games and events after the round due to lack of daylight.
