For BBO3, we again will be playing two rounds of 21 on the Black Bear DGC in the beautiful Shawnee State Park. That's right.. 3 extra holes this year as we expect more visitors!

$750 added cash for Open this year! $500 added cash for Ams. Players packs for all Ams will consist of 2 custom Black Bear stamped disc from a manufacturer to be announced later. Will include a one of a kind stamp from a well known artist from the disc golf world. To be announced later! Also included in admission is a provided lunch, due to the limited availability of food options, and the short time we are able to break between rounds.

This year we will be holding a staggered registration, allowing 21 individuals to register early by choosing to sponsor a hole for $25. Sponsor registration will open May 21 to the first 21 people, then general registration opens on July 2nd. There will be a cap of 84 players. Hole sponsors will be given a more limited Black Bear run of disc, as well as having your name or business advertised on a tee on the course.

I am willing to add more divisions, but will need at least 3 people in each age protected division, otherwise people will need to be moved into the closest appropriate divisions later if not filled.

Deals on overnight stays at the Shawnee Lodge, located at the top of the hill from tournament central, which will be at the big parking lot by hole one.

All applicable holes with multiple pin positions in will be played in the longs, and uDisc will be updated on the current layout. The course will be put in the tournament layout no later than the week prior, probably much earlier than that. For those of you who want to come early to practice and take in all the Park has to offer, just be wary of us who are on the course making sure it is in tip top shape for you all.

The day before BBO3, we will be having the Little Bear flex start. It will be a flex start C tier first tee offs will start at noon, last tee off at 5pm. $15 gets you a disc and a rated round on the temporary glow course. The night before, as is tradition, we will be playing glow doubles on the temporary course set up around the picnic and beach area. Doubles will be teeing off at 7:30pm, more information will follow as it is made available. It will be $5 random draw.

$5 ace pool will be available to pay in to during registration, as well as day of in cash. Aces will be paid out at the conclusion of the tournament during awards. If no aces are hit during the tournament, we will throw off after the second round for the ace pool. Free CTP's for each division for prizes. Before awards, we will also be having a Ring of Fire, but with a little twist; better practice those odd putts you never thought you would need.
