About this tournament
1 round of play
I had some sense talked back into me... this will be a DOUBLES EVENT.
(Though please send me a message if a Triples-team round sounds fun to you!)
MM01 is Male/Male Advanced, combined PDGA rating of 1820 or more, so average 910/MA2 or better. This is for fun/competitive differential, it is approximately, and not enforceable, since some people don’t have PDGA ratings.
MM02 is Male/Male Intermediate, combined PDGA rating of less than 1820, so average 909/MA3 and below. This is for fun/competitive differential, it is approximately, and not enforceable, since some people don’t have PDGA ratings.
For fun, let's try out a little bit of "chance" with this event!
Format: Dubs: Random Flip on EVERY shot
Each player on each team will be designated heads or tails for the entire round.
- After each team has thrown both shots one person from that team will flip a disc. The disc must flip multiple times in the air.
- If it lands on Heads, that team will take that shot, if it lands on Tails, they will take that other shot.
- Repeat.
This will be trophy only, and unsanctioned, but will generally follow the spirit of PDGA rules and guidelines.
Foundation so happened to do this format in a video just now, so you can see how it plays out: https://youtu.be/fm2Cyr9UUy0?si=R98R9zXuqa0ybAtV
Apologies for the higher cost, but the Player Pack is going to be FIRE! Very excited!
