Round1 will be a shotgun start at 9am with 6 man cards. Should take about 3-4 hours to finish.
Round 2 will start at roughly 2pm. Rd 2 should only take about 2 hours with the ALT shot format.
Hoping to have everyone done and out of the park by 5pm

BASIC INFO:
2 rounds of unsanctioned Triples at Challenger 7 on June 13th and 14th (may shorten to 1 day depending on sign ups)
Round 1 best shot/ Round 2 True alternate shot.
Unsanctioned means CASH PAYOUTS FOR EVERYONE!
We are doing ratings caps for divsions. This means every member of your teams rating added together has to be at or below your cap for the division you want to play. Cuttoff for the ratings cap is the June 9th update right before the event.
Mixed Professional Open (MPO) rating cap - 2900
Mixed Amateur 1 (MA1) rating cap - 2800
Mixed Amateur 2 (MA2) rating cap - 2700
Mixed Amateur 3 (MA3) rating cap - 2600
HOLE ASSIGNMENTS will be up around 5:30pm on June 12th, the night before the event.
We will have serveral CTP prizes during both of the rounds.
TBD on holes for those CTP's.
There will be plenty of water and snacks throughout the course during both rounds.

NO SANDBAGGING RULE
While this is not a sanctioned event, we are still going to follow the rules of sanctioned tournaments.
If you have a pdga number you must sign up with it and I will check your rating. If your number is not active I will be using my own discretion in assigning you a division I deem appropriate

FORMAT:
2 rounds at Challenger 7 Memorial Course
Round 1 best shot/ Round 2 True alternate shot
MPO- Will be playing Long tees to A pins for Best shot, and Short tees to A pins for Alternate Shot
MA1- Will be playing Long Tees to B pins for Best Shot, and Short tees to A pins for Alternate Shot
MA2/MA3- Will be playing Short tees to A pins for Best shot, and Short tees to B pins for Alternate Shot
We dont have all the B pin placements in yet so we will be playing all the B pins that we currently have except hole 5. Hole 5 B pin wont be played because the green has not been finished yet. Still lots of thorns and shrubs in the way.
We will be using Udisc scoring for this event.
Players Meeting: Will be sent out in an email before the event and a short meeting before groups tee off on @ Hole 1
Shotgun start on Saturday at 9am
Event Conclusion, onsite payout and trophy ceremony. Trophies for first place teams only, all 3 members of the team will get a trophy

ENTRY FEE BREAKDOWN:
$30 from each team to run the event, snacks, foods, trophies etc
The rest of every entry goes to payout for the division you signed up in.
Top 3 Teams get paid out in CASH. We will not payout more than 3 places, this in an effort to reward winners for winning their divisions.
