2 Rounds at Cass Benton! Round 1 is 9am start, aiming to end around noon. One hour for lunch with Round 2 starting at 1, aiming to finish by 4. Awards ceremony will take place at the pavilion once finished.

Welcome to the inaugural Big Friendly Open!
This is an unsanctioned, free event geared for tournament first-timers, amateur, and pro players!
Schedule
This is a one day two round event at Cass Benton. We will begin with a player's meeting at 8:30am to go over rules, plans, etc. Play will begin at 9:00 am and finish with the last card, followed by a lunch break. Round 2 will begin no later than 1pm. Winner's ceremony and prize distribution will take place at the pavilion afterwards.
Entry Fee
This event costs 0 dollars to join but I will require 1 item to donate to the Ann Arbor Homeless Shelter for your entry. Please see their wish list below. They will NOT accept used clothes!

Scoring
Scoring will be done on Udisc!
Divisions
We have 3 divisions: "Pro (RPA)" "Am 1(RAD)" and "Am 2(RAG)" . If you're an advanced amateur (900-965), please choose Am 1. If you're newer, please choose Am 2 (900 and below). 965+ please choose pro.
Am 2 will play shorts except Hole 3, as a Par 5 from the long tee.
Am 1 and Pros will play longs except hole 11 to short basket, hole 12 to the regular basket, not practice, and hole 14 short tee.
Side Games/Events
There will be 4 CTP holes all free to enter!

Please note: This is as much a learning experience for myself as well as the competitors. With that in mind please use the honor system to sign up for appropriate divisions and please give me some grace should problems arise. For this reason, I have made the tournament free to enter (except for your donation item).
