Nearly everyone registers and pays with the Club directly. The list on Disc Golf Scene is only those that paid using DGS.

West Chester Area Disc Golf's biannual fundraising Glow round is scheduled for Sat 10/7 at Anson B. Nixon Park. All monetary donations above & beyond the entry fee will be graciously accepted.

It's double-blind random draw for team selection, and we play "best throw/lie" Doubles format. We park and meet at the soccer field pavilion. Further details could be added and/or subject to change so please make sure to check back for updates.

1. WHO CAN PLAY
We welcome all players for most events, however, if you're very brand new to playing disc golf this event is possibly not the best for you due to it being pitch black and obstacles to navigate around.

--The best attempt is made to fulfill requests for certain players to be in the same group after the double-blind random team selection.

4. TEAMS
There are 2 divisions and each will be paid out separately based on the # of players in each. You MUST specify at the time of payment which division you are registering for.

----Div 1 - Female/Mixed (BYOP) - Female players bring their own partner which can be female or male. Female players that register individually will be randomly partnered w/ another individually registered female. In the event that there are not enough female players to pair up, 1 player will be the mulligan (own partner) with as many extra throws as par for the hole (par 3 you get 3 extra throws). Male players are not pulled from Division 2 to play Division 1.

----Div 2 - Male Random Draw - Male players not already teamed w/ female players, teamed up 100% randomly. In the event that there are not enough male players to pair up, 1 player will be the mulligan (own partner) with as many extra throws as par for the hole (par 3 you get 3 extra throws).


5. UDISC
Please check in to the UDisc event when you arrive. You can create a free account by downloading the free app. If you don't have the UDisc app, you will need to mention it when you first arrive for help to create a free account without the app.


6. PAYMENT OPTIONS

--SPECIFIC MEMO to use "Glow Dubs 10/7/23" - Do not use "Goods & Services" option or you will be assessed an additional $5 fee to cover payment fees.


7. FEE PER PERSON (Refunds available until Fri 10/6 12p minus any fees)

----Pay Before Discount Deadline Ends Sat 9/30 - $25 total to play. If you're playing, you're in for everything; the Payouts, the CTPs & the $100 Ace pot.

----Pay After Discount Deadline Ends - $35 total to play. If you're playing, you're in for everything; the Payouts, the CTPs & the $100 Ace pot.


8. PLACEMENT EARNINGS
Everyone gets 15% off listed rates of all Kastaplast glow discs available from "YLS Disc Golf" Facebook Page until Thurs 10/5 8pm bit.ly/3nFqw6m, a microfiber towel, the CTPs & the $100 Ace pool entry.

----Since this event is for Club fundraising it’s not a 100% payout. $15 of the fee goes toward Div 1 & 2 separate payouts, $5 goes to the Club for expenses for this event and future projects, $5 goes toward the CTP prizes & $100 Ace pool.


9. CTP (closest to pin)
There will be a minimum of 1 All-Play $25 CTP, 2 Female Only CTPs, and 2 Male Only CTPs.

----The Female & Male CTP prizes will be Kastaplast from "YLS Disc Golf".

----CTP prizes will be pre-designated for each Hole. If you leave without collecting your CTP prize, you forfeit your prize. If you earn something that you don't want it's up to you to trade, sell, or give it to someone else.


10. HOW TO GLOW LIKE RUDOLPH
You must supply your own discs to play with, and whatever you want to use to make them glow/visible if you do not already have glow discs. You need a UV flashlight to activate the glow tape or your glow discs.

----Please DO NOT use typical "white light" flashlight/cell phone light as they disrupt everyone's natural night vision. Instead, please use "red light" flashlights for navigation, or at worst, use your UV flashlight.


11. DONATION/FUNDING INFO
Donations are always needed as we fund the courses/projects at Anson B. Nixon Park & Thornbury Park including weekly maintenance for both courses other than the large field cutting.

Anson B. Nixon Park course is maintained and 100% funded by WCADG through our weekly & specialty events, and donations. It's a private park that receives $0 from taxes like other parks and allows WCADG to host events since we manage the course for them, and pay for the expenses.


12. LEGALS
Every single person present after the typical Park closing will need to sign the 2 standard liability waivers which will be provided onsite.

West Chester Area Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Payments made through Disc Golf Scene will only be partially refunded due to fees. You can also pay directly to the Club using the payment info provided in the details.
