About this tournament
1 round of play
Bell County Crush is a Texas Women's Championship fundraiser Tournament. $10 from each entry will go toward Texas Women's Championship payout on September 19/20. Remainder of registration will go toward payout less a $1 tournament fee.
Tournament Schedule
7:30am to 8:30am - Tournament Headquarters open for player check-in and inquiries.
9:00am - Round 1 at Heritage Disc Golf Course 18 Holes
LUNCH BREAK approximately 1 Hour beginning after last card is turned in
1:30pm (estimate) Round 2 at Crossroads DGC North 18 Layout
No Awards Ceremony - Payout will be administered through paypal or venmo based on form of registration

ALERTCOVID-19 Procedures
- No more than three people at any time at Tournament HDQTRS for player check-in, or player inquiries.
- Markers will be placed on the ground to show where people may stand while in line. Social distancing is key
- Registration and Payout will be handled through Venmo or PayPal. If you cannot pay via the friends and family option through PayPal, then please choose a different option.
- All patrons must sanitize their hands before and after touching any merchandise. Before and after!!!! We will provide sanitizer.
- DO NOT congregate around tournament headquarters at any time. We want to provide a safe environment for everyone. We will also not hesitate to disqualify anyone who chooses not to honor our rules, protocol, and requests.
- You MUST wear a mask anytime you are at the tables or registering. You may remove your mask as long as you are on the course AND practicing social distancing.
- DO NOT TOUCH ANYONE OR THEIR PROPERTY FOR ANY REASON.
- Players must use their own pens, pencils, sharpes to sign the COVID-19 waiver. Signing the waiver is required to play. If a player signed up online they do not need to sign the waiver again. We will provide you a pencil if you have no writing utensil, but please bring one.
- PLEASE SUPPLY YOUR OWN WATER. FILL YOUR WATER BOTTLES BEFORE YOU GET TO THE COURSE. Water will be at tournament headquarters. Please ask if you need water or if someone is in need of water. We want to provide a safe environment when dealing with heat or exposure.
- We will not be handing out physical scorecards.
Here are the details:
We will be using digital scorecards for this event.
The preferred app to use will be UDisc. It is encouraged that all players keep a scorecard going as a back-up. Players need to make sure they verify all scores with the entire group before submitting scores to TD. Scorecards may be submitted as a screenshot posted on the event facebook page, or also submitted through text, or messenger.
Please make sure you are setting a good example for everyone. Good Luck and have fun!
