Beaver Ranch Flex: July 2025 - 2nd Annual Trash Panda 3 Disc Challenge!

This will be the fourth event in a series of C-tier tournaments, held in a flex format, here at beautiful Beaver Ranch Disc Golf Course!

(As this Starter Pack Challenge will require all participants to throw the same discs, we have made this a X-tier event. Let's have some fun!)

No need to bring your own discs for this event as all players will be only throwing the discs from the players pack!

We would still recommend brining a small bag to carry water, your phone, and some snacks!

Each player will receive a Player's Pack of 3 discs.

The discs every player will receive and use for the 2nd Annual Trash Panda 3 Disc Challenge:

- Trash Panda Inner Core (Base plastic) - Flight Numbers: 2 | 4 | -0.5 | 0
The disc that started it all! One of the straightest discs ever made! The baseline Inner Core is made from a tacky, grippy recycled blend designed to give you confidence on the green. This year Trash Panda has two prototype recycled plastic blends - flexible and stiff. Your pick!

- Trash Panda Canyon (Premium Plastic) - Flight Numbers: 4 | 3 | 0 | 2
The newest disc from Trash Panda is an 100% recycled overstable midrange that holds steady in the wind and fades when you need it to! It’s reliable off the tee and perfect for those tricky approach shots when you need something to hit and stick.

- Trash Panda Ozone (Premium Baja Gummy!) - Ozone Flight Numbers: 8 | 6 | -3 | 1 (but this Gummy Ozone run is closer to 8 | 5 | -1 | 1)
Our gummiest, flattest, and most stable Ozone yet! When we released the 5 year box, this one stood out among the others because they fly unlike any other Ozone (muuuch more torque resistant) and have a soft, gummy hand-feel that we're absolutely in love with. New and unreleased in Gummy Baja recycled plastic!

All throws during the round must be made with one of those three discs. Weights and color may vary but mold and plastic type will be consistent for all competitors.

FORMAT:
One round of 21 holes of traditional PDGA singles stroke play where the player in each division with the lowest total score is the champion!

LAYOUT:
We will be playing the BLUE basket layout for this event. For this event all players will be playing the AM pads for both Hole 1 and Hole 15. (All of the other holes have only one teepad.)

PICK YOUR TEETIME:
Tee times with card mates from any division. Just remember to check in at the pro shop at least 15 minutes before your teetime!

Need to change your teetime? Edit your registration and pick any open tee time!

Based on how the event registration fills up the TD may need to adjust your teetime. We will reach out to you if this is necessary.

PLAYER'S PACK:
All recycled plastic... Made in Denver by our friends at Trash Panda... Base Inner Core! Premium Canyon! and Baya Gummy Ozone!

All amateur competitors will receive a player pack of 3 discs to use as their "starter pack" of discs! Due to limited supply, extra players packs will likely NOT be available for purchase at the Beaver Ranch Pro Shop during the event.

If there are any extra players packs - they will be available for purchase at the Beaver Ranch Pro Shop during the event.

REGISTRATION:
Early registration will be prioritized for current 2025 Beaver Ranch Members beginning Saturday, February 1th at 7AM. Registration will go live to the public Saturday, March 1st at 7PM.

Beaver Ranch 2025 Members will receive the early registration access code in your emails on Saturday, February 1th at 7AM MT.

Members will receive a second code to apply a 20% discount for any registration made during February.

NOTES:
Players pack discs will be announced within 1 month of the tournament, all players pack discs will be unique and we will not run the same mold two times in the same year.

In traditional Beaver Ranch fashion, our grounds crew will ensure that the course is meticulously maintained and well manicured for this upcoming tournament!

Beaver Ranch DGC will still be open for casuals to walk up and play. The Pro Shop staff will find times to squeeze in these walk ups as we want to provide them the opportunity to play this epic course. Many players you see on the mountainside playing have come in from quite a distance to mark Beaver Ranch off of their bucket list. We will request that all of them are respectful of the event taking place, but if you have any issues with these players, please remind them of the event taking place.

The PDGA has raised the PDGA fees $1 per tier starting this season. Here are the updated PDGA Fees for 2025:

C-Tier Events: $3 per player
B-Tier Events: $4 per player
A-Tier Events: $5 per player
Temporary Membership Fee: $15

PAYOUTS:
This event is trophy only and there will not be any payouts.
(Except if someone is in the Ace Pool and hits an ace! Kyle? Back to Back??)

For all 1st place finishers (including all those who tied for 1st in their division), your Beaver Flex Champion pins can either be picked up at the Pro Shop or mailed to an address of your choosing. Check your inboxes after the event for an email with additional information on how you wish to obtain your trophy pin! Great shooting!

Beaver Ranch Tournament Refund Policy

Beaver Ranch Disc Golf Course is responsible for processing all refunds and cancellations. We follow the PDGA refund guidelines, with the following additional clarifications specific to our events:

Refund Conditions

30+ Days Before the Event: Full refund, minus a $10 handling fee.

15–29 Days Before the Event: Full refund, minus a $10 handling fee, only if the event is full and your spot is filled by a waitlisted player. If your spot is not filled, we will hold your player pack for pickup or delivery (shipping not included).

8–14 Days Before the Event: No monetary refund will be issued. If the event is full and your spot is filled by a waitlisted player, we will hold your player pack for pickup or delivery.

Within 7 Days or After Close of Registration: No refund will be issued under any circumstance. Your player pack will be held for pickup or delivery if one was included with registration.

Waitlist Fee: The waitlist fee is non-refundable.

Important Note: Refunds are only issued if the event is full and your spot is successfully filled by a player from the waitlist at the time of your withdrawal.

All player packs held for withdrawn players must be claimed within 30 days of the event or they may be forfeited.
