PDGA Sanctioned C-Tier.
Two rounds of 18 holes, singles stroke play.
I have decided for this year at least, NOT to participate in the NEFA series.
All divisions will play from the Blue tees with the exception of MA3, FA2, FA40 and FA50 which will play from the Red Tees on Holes 7, 10 and 16.
AMs will receive two tournament stamped discs, one base putter and one premium mid/driver. Additionally, AMs will be playing for store credit at DynamicDiscs.com ($20 threshold for free shipping). PROs will be playing for cash.
If MP40/MP50 or FP40/FP50 are uncontested (only one entrant), I will ask those divisions to combine.

Check-in is from 8:00-8:45am at Tournament Central between Holes 1 and 18. At 8:46am check in will close and I will fill any open spots with waitlist players that are ON SITE.
If you are on the waitlist and decide to try your luck, PLEASE check in with me in the morning so I know you’re available to play. I will be adjusting the waitlist to those ON SITE, (Example: If you are #4 on the waitlist and 1, 2 & 3 are NOT at the course, you become #1).
At 9:00am, we will have a players meeting. Be prepared to walk to your starting hole immediately following for a 9:30 start.

Breakfast sandwiches will be available for purchase during registration from The Stockyard. They will also be bringing coffee and a limited number of extra sandwiches at around 8:30. Lunch orders will be taken at that time. They make great food and are reliable, so buy with confidence.
Tournament Sponsorship Fluid EMac Truths will be available during registration and possibly at the event for $25. They will have the Beast of Burbine 1 stamp on them. Each purchase will come with one raffle ticket ($5).
Immediately following the Awards Ceremony, the raffle will commence featuring a Recruit Lite Basket, a Paratrooper Bag, and a large variety of discs and swag. Funds will be used to 1- Cover tournament expenses, 2- Add $100+ cash to the pro side, and 3- Add to the AM purse. Tickets will be $5 or 5 for $20. Donations to the raffle are welcome and encouraged!

There will be 2 toilets available at the far end of the parking lot. I ask that men who can avoid using them do so, since there is a capacity limit. I will have a car parked as you come off 18 so that ladies can drive down there mid-round in a timely manner (Absolutely NO donuts in the parking lot, please!).
A note about smoking. If you feel the need to smoke near Tournament Central, please be aware of wind direction, and do your best not to bathe others in second-hand smoke.

Refund policy
David Herodes is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. The PDGA has a long set of rules regarding refunds, but I will far exceed any requirements and do so in a timely manner. I do reserve the right to charge a $10 fee for withdrawals within the last week before the tournament. Within the last 24 hours, please do not expect anything beyond a players pack.
