About this tournament
2 rounds of play
An iconic event in the Lebanon Area, the Battle of the Hills returns bigger and better in 2026. South Hills is a beloved course in our area, and this event will showcase the best it has to offer and then some!
This tournament will be 2 rounds. Round 1 will consist of 21 holes, including the entire yellow layout of the course and 3 special temp holes. In round 2, we will be having Pool A play the entire red layout along with the additional 3 temp holes, and Pool B will be playing a mix of yellow and red layouts with some adjusted pars to improve scoring opportunities. The mix for Pool B will include the red baskets for holes 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9, 13, 15, and 17 with an adjustment to the pars on 1 and 17 to boost scoring potential!
There will be several CTPs throughout the event. If you would like to sponsor a CTP and get your name/company placed into the event emails, announced at the beginning and end of the event, and included in the post event writeup, please reach out to the TD to coordinate!
The Player's Pack will include a custom stamped disc from Innova as well as a high quality dry bag from the team at DryFly Chalk Bags. All amateur divisions will be competing for credit to our onsite vendor, Double Helix. Custom event artwork by Phil Hansen!
Pro divisions will compete for cash payouts (paid through PayPal).
Custom division trophies will be made by the legend himself, Chad Martin! Any division with 3 or more competitors by midnight on February 28th will get a trophy!
The three temporary holes have pictures posted under the picture section. All other caddy guide related content will be released closer to the event. However, we will be defaulted to standard course OB as seen in prior events.
Financial Breakdown:
$50 entry fee for Pro Divisions
$40 entry fee for AM Divisions
$30 entry fee for Junior Divisions
Entry Fee Deductions:
$2 per player for pavilion/sanctioning fees
$3 per player for PDGA player fees
$4 per player for TD fees for trophies and supplies
AM Deductions:
$15 per AM for player packs
$15 per Junior for player packs
Prize Fund Contributions:
$41 per Pro
$16 per AM
$6 per Junior

Refund policy
Lebanon Valley Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds and cancellations. All waitlist fees will not be refunded. All refunds will be honored if your spot can be filled prior to the start of the event. Refund requests on the day of the event will not be honored.
