Welcome to the B- line. This is our first event in a series of 4 amazing disc golf tournaments hosted by Flickline Disc Golf. All players are responsible for reading and understanding the contents of this booklet, including property rules, course layout, out of bounds areas, and event schedule.

WELCOME!
Welcome everyone to the 2025 Sackville Showdown: The B-Tier at Beech Hill, Presented by Flickline Disc Golf! This weekend we are at the wonderful Beech Hill Park Disc Golf Course. If this is your first event, we welcome you! If you have been with us before, welcome back!
It is another exciting year for disc golf in Atlantic Canada and we are happy to be the first B Tier event! The Sackville Showdown has been running in some form or another since 2011. This is one of the original tour stops run by the Maritime Disc Golf Association and has been a Flickline staple forever! It is always fitting that Flickline’s first public course is one of the first events of every tour season. Our group is back and ready to put on a wonderful weekend of disc golf!

PARKING
We have a full event so it will be a busy weekend at Beech Hill Park! Please overflow along one side of the entrance road only, and do not drive through the main gate.

CHECK IN & SITE NOTES
Please arrive at the gathering area near Hole 1 tee at least 15 minutes prior to your tee time. Plan to land even earlier before round 1 to say hello to old and new friends, browse Chain Reaction’s on-site store and to get some practice putting in! Mandy will be our onsite TD and will give you instructions for the days’ events.
There are several outhouses on site. The most accessible outhouses from the gathering area are near hole 17 basket and along the road by hole 9.
The weather is looking great so pack some sunscreen and having some bug spray in your bag is a great idea.

If you have a B-Line tour pass you can pick up your sticker from Mandy at check in!

REGISTRATION / PLAYER’S PACK
Amateur player packs include the following:
- $30 credit to Chain Reaction Disc Golf Supply (added to your personal code & redeemable on site, online, in store or at any future event where CRDGS is set up)
- CTP prize for EVERY card in Rounds 1 and 2
- Win Your Card prize for EVERY card in Round 3
- Specialty discs for each division winner. These discs give you entrance into the tour CTP contest at our final event in Wentworth

TEE TIMES
Round 1 tee times will be posted on the event page on Thursday evening. Please double-check your tee time on Friday evening https://www.pdga.com/tour/event/90276
Divisional groups will be re-sorted after each round. Round 2 tee times are scheduled to start at ~1pm. All competitors will have at least 50 minutes for lunch. Sackville is ~6 minutes away with many fast-food options and a grocery store. Round 2 tee times will be posted to the event page once your division finishes round 1.
Sunday Round 3 tee times will start at 8am

SCORING
All cards are to be scored via PDGA live scoring at the following website: http://www.pdga.com/score, or via the PDGA app, with access code: FLICK
ALL competitors are required to keep score.
All players must sign off on the live scoring upon completion of the round.

ACE POT
There is a $5 optional Ace Pot on the Disc Golf Scene sign up page - update your registration there if you missed it!

PRIZES
The top finisher in each division will win a disc, second and third place in each amateur division will receive $20 credit with Chain Reaction. If you achieve a podium finish (top 3 plus ties) please hang around a few minutes after your final round ends for a picture. We’d love to share it on our socials and give you the credit you deserve.

PLAYOFF
If a playoff is required in any division (1st place only), competitors will play the following holes in perpetuity if necessary: 1, 2, 3, 16, 17, 18! In case of more than 2 competitors in a playoff, anyone not recording the lowest score on a hole is eliminated from the playoff (ex Player A and B score a 3 on hole 1 and player C scores a 4. Player C finishes in 3rd place, players A and B continue the playoff on hole 2). Tee order on the first playoff hole is chosen randomly (ex: coin or disc flip) and alternates each hole.

COURSE LAYOUT
Please see hole descriptions, OB notes and hole lengths below.
Layout notes and course map are on the Disc Golf Scene page and shared below. OB notes have been added to the PDGA live scoring app - you can find them at the top of the scoring page for each hole for easy reference.
All competitors will be playing the standard Beech Hill Park layout. Pars have been adjusted by division.
