About this Tournament
You are cordially invited to Wilmington Island Ga for our 2nd Annual “Back Island Chain Gang” Membership Tournament Presented by Trash Panda Discs. It will be held at Wilmington Island Community Park located at 2401 Walthour Rd. Savannah Ga. On Saturday May 10th. We will be playing 2 rounds of 18 holes with lunch provided. Parking and restrooms are available on site. Sign up for this event will be completed on Discgolfscene.com and capped at 45 entries so sign up early! All scoring will be completed through the Udisc app. There will be 2 divisions, Male Amateur (MA) & Female Amateur (FA) with awards for 1st- 3rd in each division. 2024 tag numbers will be recorded during check in in case of ties and new tags will be issued based on finishing position after last round is completed. TAGS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PLAY IN THIS EVENT, ALL ARE WELCOME. There will be 2 CTP’s, 1 per round, paid out separately after the 2nd round finishes. Ace pot is live through tournament, it’s a short course so take your best shots as the pot goes to the club if no one hits it.

Most Fun Wins
This year there will also be the added award for “Most Fun Wins.” This award is inspired by a quote from Ed Headrick, commonly referred to as the “Father of Disc Golf,” where he states, “Whoever has the most fun, wins.” The individual for this award will be selected by the TD’s based on a combination of pure enjoyment of the activity, no matter what the outcome. A true connoisseur of relaxing, having a good time, not just for themselves, but lifting up others and ensuring all enjoy the experience of the event and the day.

Players who officially request to withdraw from the event up to 14 days (April 27th) before the start of the event will receive a 100% cash refund minus up to a $10 handling fee.
Players who officially request to withdraw from the event within 13 days (after April 27th) of the start of the event will receive a 100% cash monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee ONLY if their spot in the tournament is filled through the waitlist by a player who is on the waitlist and plays the tournament. If the player’s spot is NOT filled, the TD will provide a 25% cash monetary refund.
