    7:30am - 7:45am

    Strap your basket on the back of the golf cart, and meet at Hole 1 for player's meeting.

    8:00am - 9:00am

    Player's meeting and course set up: Scorecards distributed, and we all roll out together to place baskets and preview each hole.

    9:00am - 12:00pm

    Round 1: we'll determine an amount of time before the start of the round, to get to your assigned hole, practice putt, etc.

    12:00pm - 1:00pm

    Lunch: turn in your score cards. Use your lunch voucher and bring your meals down to hole 1.

    1:00pm - 4:00pm

    Round 2: cards will be determined by score and division, and holes will be assigned.

About this tournament

Bring Your Own Basket tournament on the front 9 of Big Debell. We've invited 20 players to bring a basket (see basket requirements when registering), and invite a player of their choosing (EDIT: we're set on baskets, so disregard that and the extra invite.) 2 Rounds with a lunch break inbetween. $40 for the green fee, cart, and lunch, plus $10 to the payout in your division. There will be a digital caddy book with specific hole rules and OBs outlined. First round grouping will be player's choice. Second round: division and score. Non-sanctioned but we will adhere to PDGA rules (rule 3.03 B.5,6 & 3.03 C.4 not in effect.)

Refund policy

Debell Ringers is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Once online registration is closed on the 10th, you're responsible for your spot. We've already fronted the cash for 40 players to the course, and we're locked in at that number. If you can't make it, find someone to sell your spot to.
