$125 entry for all divisions
$4 from every entry will cover PDGA and insurance fees
$12 from every entry will cover permit costs and donations to Camp Tecumseh and the LVDC
$4 from every entry will go towards staff compensation for our All-Star crew!
Sponsorship dollars received through registrations will be used to offset and therefore lower those deductions!
Donation options for both Club and TD Support are both available as well.
In the event that the ace pot is not hit, it will be added to the Camp Tecumseh donation.
2 days of full field tee times on Friday and Saturday. Then there will be a cut to approx 150 total players following Saturday's rounds. All players who make the cut will be playing at Camp Tecumseh on Championship Sunday!
Fri/Sat Course Schedule
Pros - Camp Tecumseh both days
Am Pool 1 - South Mountain, then Camp Tecumseh
Am Pool 2 - Camp Tecumseh, then South Mountain
Camp Tecumseh tee times will be between 7am and 3pm all 3 days
South Mountain tee times will be between 10am and 2pm both days
In the event of a first place tie after divisions are wrapped up on Sunday, MPO will play hole 18 and then holes 16, 17 and 18 on loop until a winner is determined. All other divisions will start on hole 1 as quickly as we can get you on the course!
As of March 1, all donations and sponsorships will not be included if a withdrawal/refund request is placed. We thank you for your event support!
Shirts, trophies and banners are order on 3/13. We will do our best with shirt sizes for those that register after the order date from the extra shirts we order.
If you wish to volunteer, you will receive a shirt, lunch and $50 BRIA Gift Card. Volunteers can register through this event page as well.
If you wish to sponsor the event, but cannot attend, there are non-playing sponsorship items available or you can email [email redacted] if you have a sponsorship idea you would like to pitch.
Those that have received an event invitation will have until February 18 at 8pm before we have to remove the invitation and prepare for event sponsor and then general registrations.

Refund policy
Bria Disc Golf is responsible for all refunds/cancellations. Refunds will be processed according to rule 1.03 of the PDGA Competition Manual. Timing of refunds may not start until 2 weeks before the event, depending on staff availability. All refunds will be completed, including waitlist that did not make the field, within 48 hours of the start of the event. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to post to your account.
