This is a 2 round PDGA C-Tier event open to women of all ages and skill levels. Please let us know if you do not see your division and we will add it! As this is the fifth installment of this tournament, we are hoping to make it an extra special day for everyone that attends, with plenty of prizes and our famous Field of Dreams!

COST BREAKDOWN:

Pros:
$3 PDGA Sanctioning
$2 NEFA Sanctioning
$55 Pro Purse

Added cash currently at $800 and expected to grow. Payouts will be handled via PayPal.

Ams:
$3 PDGA Sanctioning

$45 Player's Pack

All amateur players will receive a players pack that includes one Discraft disc as well as a zip up hoodie featuring a full color rendition of the tournament artwork. Other surprises are to be expected!

Trophies will be awarded to the top three players in all divisions, regardless of number of players.

$3 optional ace pot. The current Women of WeDGE ace pot sits at $179 from previous Women of WeDGE events.

In celebration of our fifth year, there will be a throw off after the second round if no aces are hit during tournament play. All participating players will throw twice: once to the short basket from the hole one tee pad, and then to the hole 9 white basket from the same tee. If no aces are hit, the ace pot will be split between the CTP for each basket.

LAYOUTS:
All divisions playing two rounds will play the same layout for both rounds. Ratings based and junior divisions 12 and younger will play one round each.

Modified tees will be in play for FA4, age protected divisions 55+ and older, Junior divisions 12 and younger, and Purple (RAG).

All other divisions will play two rounds to the short baskets. Blue (RAH) will play one round to the short baskets in the afternoon.

Juniors must be accompanied by an adult per PDGA guidelines. https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/113

We will be utilizing PDGA Live Scoring to keep score during the tournament. All players are required to keep score during the tournament per PDGA rules. Please download the PDGA live app prior to the event and familiarize yourself with it.

Refund policy

Women of WeDGE are responsible for all refunds/cancellations.

Players who officially request to withdraw from an event within 14 days of the start of the event and prior to the event’s published closure of registration and waitlist replacements (within one week is recommended) will receive a 100% monetary refund minus up to a $10 handling fee only if their spot in the tournament is filled by a player who is on the waitlist at the time of the withdrawal request.

If the player’s spot is not filled, the TD has the choice to provide either a 25% monetary refund or just the player’s pack they would have received if they had attended (minus the cost of shipping). In the case of a player in a Pro division for an event without a Pro player pack worth at least 25% of the Entry Fee, the TD will provide the 25% monetary refund.

Players who request withdrawal within 48 hours of the start of play, or who request withdrawal after the published close of registration and the published end of waitlist replacements, are not entitled to a refund.
