About this tournament
2 rounds of play
The AMLANTA Championship will be a two round, 36 hole PDGA sanctioned B-tier singles tournament at Alexander Park on Saturday, September 4th.
Most cards will have 5 players
Early registration (07/07) will be available for Event Level Sponsors. The cost is $100 and includes logo or name on all event marketing and tournament shirt. Sponsorship funds are non-refundable. There is a limited number of these spots per PDGA rules, and will be available on a first come first served basis. [Sold Out]
Early registration (07/10) will be available for Hole Sponsors. The cost is $25 and will also include name or graphic on a tee sign. Sponsorship funds are non-refundable. There is a limited number of these spots per PDGA rules, and will be available on a first come first served basis. [Sold Out]
Early registration (07/12) will be available for ALL Female Divisions. [Expired]
Based on recent tournaments, this tournament may sell out quickly. Please be prepared as little can be done once registration opens.
Current TEE Assignments:
MA1, MA2, MA40: Long Tees
FA40, FA55, MA55, FA1, FA2, FA3, MA3: Short Tees
Baskets will be in position a minimum of two weeks prior to the tournament.
This event will be “true amateur” and is trophy only.
Each player will receive a player’s pack with a retail value over registration price. It is projected to include:
DriFit style long sleeve tournament shirt, custom 32oz laser etched stainless tumbler, tournament stamped Discraft disc and a custom tournament sticker.
There will also be many FREE CTP’s and a drawing for prizes.
Cash CTP’s will available to purchase day of. $10 for 10 Cash CTP’s in first round.
Holes: 1 2 4 5 6 8 11 12 14 15
Free CTP’s will be available on the same holes in round 2 for ALL players. With hole 1 being a free card CTP.
$5 Ace Pot available to purchase day of. Ace Pot will be split If multiple aces are carded. If no aces are carded a single throw CTP for all ACE pot players will occur after round two on hole 1 short.
Tiebreakers for first place will be sudden death starting on hole 1 as needed.
Trophies will be awarded for 1st place in ALL divisions. 2nd place trophy will be awarded If 6 or more players are in a division. 3rd place trophy will be awarded if 11 or more players are in a division. Trophy distribution will be based on current registration at time of ordering.
Waitlist will be FREE, but will Not be active until 7:15. (This is to prevent players from being charged full price for the waitlist. Because, if tournament sells quickly, the system can not process fast enough.)
Waitlist will be used in order by Pool. Players getting in off wait list will receive a full players pack, but may be limited to remaining player pack choices available for some items particularly ones with sizes.
Over 7 days from the tournament: Players will have 48 hours to accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Under 7 days from the tournament: Players will have 24 hours to accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
Under 24 hours from the tournament: Players must immediately accept spot by completing registration if they are promoted.
All cancellations after 08/04 are subject to a minimum of a $5 fee processing fee.
