About this tournament

On the heels of the 2024 Pro Worlds event in Lynchburg and Bedford County, the Ledgestone team is headed back to Virginia to run the 2025 DGPT Championships and The Amateur Challenge. The Amateur Challenge will showcase some of the best courses Virginia has to offer, as well as give amateur players the chance to take on the iconic New London Tech and Ivy Hill Golf Club courses, both of which will be in their peak conditions for the DGPT Championship. All AM players will play three different courses over the three days of competition, October 17-19. Below is all the information about the event:

Ivy Hill Flex: We will be running an Ivy Hill Flex C-Tier on Thursday October 16th. More information to come!
Ivy Hill and New London Practice: Players who are registered to play in the Amateur Challenge and in a division scheduled to play Ivy Hill or New London will be able to play practice rounds at those courses prior to the competition. Tee times will be available Monday-Thursday from 2:30-4:15 PM. Players will need to reserve their tee times on Disc Golf Scene (links will be published in the Summer of 2025). In order to cover greens fees and cart rental at Ivy Hill, practice rounds at Ivy Hill will have an additional cost, payable at registration through Disc Golf Scene.

AM Payout: While most of the entry fee will cover our amazing player's pack and the tournament experience, we will have an AM Payout on top of the player's pack! Vouchers will be redeemable at the Ledgestone Pro Shop.
Amateur Challenge Players will have the ability to purchase discounted spectator tickets for the DGPT Championship during registration. Refund policy
Ledgestone is responsible for all refunds/cancellations.
We will follow the PDGA's refund policy: https://www.pdga.com/rules/competition-manual/103
Players who did the early registration but have to withdraw will still receive their hole sponsorship or three pack of fundraiser discs. Those items are non refundable as they were a condition for early registration. Those players will receive a refund minus $10 of their entry fee only.
September 17th is the last day to receive a full refund for the refund, minus the $10 processing fee, unless the event spot is filled from the waitlist. Refund requests between September 18th and October 2nd receive a 50% refund unless the spot is immediately filled from someone on the current waitlist.
Players requesting a refund between October 3rd and October 14th at 7PM eastern time will receive a 25% refund, unless the event spot is filled from the waitlist.
Players requesting a refund after October 14th at 7PM eastern time, which is the published time for the close of registration, or players who do not check in, will not receive a refund or their players pack.
VIP passes and discounted spectator admission tickets are non refundable. Discs purchased through registration are non refundable and will be shipped after the event if a player drops.
