    7:30-8:30am Registration and Check-in: Location will be the amphitheater

    o Ace Pot will be $2 per player, winner take all

    o Raffle tickets will be for sale to win prizes: $1 per ticket or 15 tickets for $10 and 30 tickets for $20

    · 9:15am – 12:00pm Round One Shotgun Start: Hole assignments will be posted the evening before and displayed at registration.

    o All divisions from the short tee pad positions

    o Holes 1-9 play alternating shots

    o Holes 10-18 play best shot

    o CTP (Closest to the Pin) Challenge: $2 per entry, winner gets half the pot



    · 12-1:30pm Lunch: Included in entry fee


    · 1:45-4:30pm Round Two Shotgun Start:

    o Novice will play short tee pads and all others will play longs

    o Holes 1-9 play alternating shots

    o Holes 10-18 play best shot

    o CTP (Closest to the Pin) Challenge: $2 per entry, winner gets half the pot.


    · 4:30pm: Winners announced and the Herd Tactical Shootout:

    o Hosted by Jimmy Hatcher

    o Bring your dollars and win some prizes

About this tournament

2 rounds of play
This event is to help Amanda Cremeans, who continues her battle with metastatic breast cancer for the third time. Proceeds will help cover medical and travel expenses to and from Cleveland Clinic. We will be giving 75% of the entry to her. Lunch will be provided the day of the event and other opportunities to win prizes.

You will be playing two rounds of doubles, each round will consist of the front 9 holes alternating shots and remaining holes best discs.

Tee times will be deigned with current safety protocols in place with the players meeting starting around 8:00am. List of tee times will be made available prior to the start of the event.
Recreational will play short and then longs.
Novice will play two rounds on Shorts.
