Players may arrive anytime after 8:30 or so to get some warm up time in. Tee off for round one will be at 10:00, followed by brats & chips provided to all of the players for their $5.00 donation fee payable upon arrival. Anyone wishing to bring a dish to pass is welcome to do so. There will be some water for the rounds but all players need to bring their own beverages for lunch. CTP and Long putt prizes provided by Dean Barker or any others that want to donate a prize. There's a good chance that they're be a Ace Pool and 50/50 hole, all payable before tee off the morning off

About this tournament

This one day INVITATIONAL ONLY tournament will be two rounds of 18 holes and played at the private course of Dean Barker. Invitees are the 31 tag holders from The Alztimers 2018 League. Anyone over 50 and outside of the Aztimers group wishing to be invited may do so by contacting TD Dean Barker. It will be $5.00 per person payable upon arrival and covering the cost of brats & chips that will be provided by the TD. There will be water on hand but bring your own drinks or any sides to pass for the lunch that will be between rounds. Anyone wanting to donate prizes for CTP's or Long Putts is welcome to do so. There may also be an ace pool, if so it will be payable that day. NO ONLINE PAYMENTS. PLAYERS MUST REGISTER HERE ON THIS PAGE WITHIN THE COMMENTS. ALL REGISTERED PLAYERS WILL BE SENT THE ADDRESS TO CHAIN OUT DGC BUT PLEASE REMEMBER, THIS IS A PRIVATE COURSE THAT IS ONLY OPEN TO PLAYERS WHEN INVITED OR CLEARED WITH DEAN, SO PLEASE DON'T SHARE THE ADDRESS.
