By playing in this event you're helping fund The Longest Day mission: to “lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.” The Longest Day is the third leading provider of funds for Alzheimer’s research behind the America and China governments. Alzheimer’s Association is also the leading non-profit funder of Alzehimer’s research.
This is a 2 round bring your own partner best shot doubles tournament at Creekside at Gorin Disc Golf Course in Glasgow, Kentucky. All players will receive a players pack courtesy of the Alzheimer's Association.
We will have a brief players meeting at 8:40am with a tee off time of 9:00am. The second round will start up to 1 hour after the last group finished round one.
$56 of your $90 entry fee will go to help fund the Alzheimer's Association and Alzheimer's disease. The remaining funds will go to player payout. The payout cut line is top 30% in each division. Payouts for all divisions will be vouchers redeemable at the tournament conclusion with on site vending. Vouchers are also redeemable at all 4 Disc Crazy locations (Indianapolis, New Albany IN, Bowling Green KY, Huntsville AL).
