    We will have a quick meeting and then we'll send everyone to their respective courses. WJ Homestead and Park 96 are only 15 minutes from the Hall.

    If you need to carpool this would be a good time to arrange your ride to and from the venue your division is playing.

The Alberta Open Disc Golf Tournament is a PDGA B-tier event. 3 rounds of 18 hole disc golf on 2(3) courses in beautiful Calgary and Foothills County, AB. This is a two-day PDGA event with four days of activities.

Minimum $750 added Pro-cash
$50+ Player Pack for Ams
Trophy AND Prizes for Am Divisional winners.

Starts: 8 AM on Saturday, May 18
Finishes: 6 PM on Sunday, May 19

Friday Preview events WJ Homestead and Lloyd Park

It's likely we'll finish earlier than 6 pm on Sunday, but just consider your entire Sunday booked. Here is a quick overview of the tournament play schedule:

ALL DIVISIONS

We're offering a large spectrum of divisions this year. Please be advised: If the division you select doesn't reach four competitors you will be provided the option to join a division with more competitors or offered a full refund.

JUNIORS AND PARENTS OF JUNIORS

We'd really like to provide our Junior competitors with the best experience possible. Both Lloyd Park and WJ Homestead are very challenging courses. Park 96 has offered to accommodate our younger players for at least one round on Saturday. I'm sure if we have an organized group of juniors we might even pull off two rounds over the weekend. Obviously, most of our Juniors have parents who are also competitors. We can work with you to ensure everyone gets to play!

If we see registrations we will organize volunteers to follow the players during their rounds so to free up those parents that also want to compete.

Facilities Update err UPGRADE!

We've got the Red Deer Lake Community Hall this year, which will serve as our Tournament HQ in 2019. We'll concentrate all our player meetings, field events, and festivities around this terrific facility.

Here are a few of the great features the hall provides:

- Central location for the 3 Pink Flamingos Food Truck
- Multi-vendor Fly-mart
- Saturday Night Player Party - now with 100% less wind
- Indoor bag and gear storage
- Parking for all!

Accommodations

Camping is extremely limited on-site. We are only able to offer this to a small number of sponsors and staff. We only have 10 spots that we can offer up to Amenities Sponsors and we suspect they'll go quickly.

There are a wide range of hotels, motels, near Lloyd Park. Calgary also has a decent offering on AirBNB.

The Alberta Open Disc Golf Tournament is responsible for all. refunds/cancelations.
